Is this right? ...gain on Draconia...question

Recommended Posts

I installed it today and well I am a little suprised how much I had to turn the gain up...

I have an Eclipse 8 volt deck and I figured I would leave the amp all the way down...well that was wrong...I had to move it about 1/4 to get any volume.....

With gain set to 8volts I could turn the volume all the way to 80 on the deck and it was still rather low...

on a side note ...one of the channels is blown so I am going to have to pay to have it fixed or get the seller to take it back..I just got it last Monday...

but anyhow....I was expecting to not have to touch the gain with the 8volts deck...thats really the only reason I have the deck....

was I crazy? ....right now I have it set about 1/3 way clockwise....

If it is indeed blown, I may be interested in buying it from you.

Does it have a BB upgrade ?

AMP IS NOT BLOWN.....never thought it was....

I switched decks now anyhow...nothing is wrong with the amp.

It does have BB upgrade and will eventually be for sale when my outlaw gets back to me.
