new Amp rack & boxx

i want to thank those of you who pointed out the error of the batterys as projectiles.

there in a safe place under the amp rack now...

back seat has been removed / replaced with a flipp up amp rack :)

If ur gonna display ur chit make it clean bro. And secure that amp rack and the batteries in place!!!

you hold the head son :) im f-ing this Chicken...

i did all i could by myself :)

im going to hide the wires... i placed the amps and wired to for placement... :)

the amp rack can flipp up 90degrees so i wanted to make shur i had enuff length on the wires first...

it will be finished by the end of the week !!! it'll be so clean back there you would not think its an SPL setup...

Yep , still need to at least make something to strap them down my man . In an accident they will make quick work of that plywood :)

okokko guys the things your seeing in the pics are for

PLACEMENT....

boxx will be wrapped w/ black to match

making sure everything functions & wires have enuff length to open and close the amp rack ...

wires WILL BE TUCKED

making sure i can reach the Quick connects

etc etc etc...

its all i could get done by myself on a weekend...

how do you suggest i secure the batterys to the floor ?

anyone done this ?

Well sir, if your committed to not having a back seat. Then I would remove the carpet in that area. Shim, bolt, and glue a couple pieces of mdf in there for a level floor. Build a couple battery boxes, leave and inch or two above the terminals so your wire will fit. Then build your amp rack using the battery boxes, and some stringers between them for support . :)
