Someone please explain this

Recommended Posts

dBDrag rules are 80Hz and under, IIRC...might even be under 100, I'm not entirely sure.

so were talking 60 / 70 / 80HZ

The note shouldn't be too much of a concern, that's more of a result of what your testing should show...

i need a termlab & mic for my house...

i still feel it lacked info in that artical, did not mention Legal / outlaw ?

wall / no wall ?

WTF how is this done Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww...

hell did he stick the mic in the port ?

it was probally legal. outlaw is done in USACi. probally walled, but in the sense you are thinking of a wall since its bandpass..

i dont think it be 70/80hz cause then its midbass :P, wheres the fun, and i believe there are cutoff frequencies in the rules iirc.

it is walled but in a bandpass mic on the dash leagal as hell and my personal opinion it would be broken by no other then himself he is just a master at what he does.

That is not something that can be broken down by pure math and replicated. Its black magic. :)

Alan is claiming he can now do a 183 with 1 sub. He's always backed up his claims.

Most people throw as many subs as they can into the extreme cars, but the more subs, the higher the freq. But, Db Drag is capped at 80hz.

I used to build test boxes out of cheaper material like particle board. Find the magic , then recreate a durable version :)
