Kole Audio ("rockford fosgate")

Recommended Posts

I found this amp while searching for a good cheap amp. I know that if I spend the extra ($400) I can get a good amp, but this one sure looks like a RF T1000.1. Even if it isn't, does this look like an amp that could give that 1700 watts at 1 ohm?

4 ohms: 900 watts x 1 chan.

2 ohms: 1300 watts x 1 chan.

1 ohm: 1700 watts x 1 chan.

Somebody's being really optimistic.

I don't think I'd be interested at half that price

Kole audio is made by sound stream just like PA

You have that a little backwards. PA is the parent company to SS, but SS is a separate entity. They actually share very little with PA.

Likely a 1000 - 1200 watt RMS amp based on footprint and fuse rating... with a large enough order at a low quality Chinese supplier it could be sold for that price.

Definatly is a "ripoff" RF heatsink... although, I doubt it is nearly as effective.
