ok so the story is a guy on another forum bought a tumult, blew it and sent it in for a recone, lol never got it back and can't get any response from them. can anyone pull some strings for me to get it back?? he's sent 20 plus emails. i'll see if i can't get him to sign up.

YES!!! That would be awesome! Here's the deal, I sent this sub in last January because the dustcap popped off and it was still under warranty. Then after constantly emailing them trying to get a response (I get one about once every 2/3 months) they've emailed me saying that they do indeed have the sub and all it needs is a "dustcap and final testing". They told me that in June. My last email from them said "sorry for the delay, Dan Wiggins is out of the country and won't be back untile August 9th, then we'll get it all sorted out" and well here we are in October and I've emailed them many times since then asking what's going on and haven't heard anything.

Anything you could do to help would be appreciated. The invoice # is XX and the shipping address (mine) is XXX . The sub in question is a 15" Adire Tumult with dual 2 ohm VCs.

Let me know if you need any other info, I really appreciate this!
