I got a recone kit from you the other day and went to recone it for a customer and took the tape of the motor for the first time and the top plate on the motor seems to have shifted . Now onto the question, if i send the motor in could you reset the top plate?

Yep you can send it in...

30 bucks to re-align it + shipping, of course with the usual scenario of put name address info etc etc in the box you ship it in.
