Nightshade vs BTL

Can we expect the Nightshade to be similar to a BTL?

Meaning they will excel in the same application?

Being that the Nightshade design is not even final I can't make much comparison... but it is in the same "genre" I suppose, in that it is intended to be a loud, high power handling sub that you can still listen to.
