alt took a dump on me

well my stock alt (105a) is starting to chit out on me. at red lights, the volts drop real low, and the car sometimes will shut off then back on real fast....its not the batt, i tried it with my stocker, as well as a kinetik 2400.

its prally when i played my powerbass xa3000d on the stock batt, and the alt couldnt keep up recharging the batt....

no one makes one for a mini cooper. im not paying 600+ for a custom one. for that ill sell the battery and amp and say fvck a system.

mini coopers do suck. and thats experiance from body working on "1". have you ever pulled door apart. inner workings and everything. or removed the fender. they stick bolts in backwards and chit.

but as for your alt. just add a second alt bigger one for the system and just use that alt with a custom bracket for just the system. i know there isnt much room but it will fit
