Yep, they're getting bigger. Keep in mind this is a prototype picture and the driver is subject to change still. We might keep the basket, and we are keeping and the motor at this point, but a few other cosmetic things are going to change.

Goal of the sub will be in line with our current BM's: efficient subs that sound great and can do serious justice on the mic, but at lower price point than our Mag series.

Boooo. I was all set on getting my Adire Brahma reconed. BUT, you go and offer the current BMs for cheap (cheaper then the cost of getting the Brahma reconed and shipped twice). So, I had to decide before the sale ends. NOW you go and show protos of the new BMs. Choices, too much choices. Do I save money and buy the current BMs? Do I wait for the new BMs? Or do I go and have the Brahma fixed, so I can actually hear what all that hype was about? And the last choice: Since I already have a Mag, no point downgrading, so, I'll just save my pennies and wait for the new Mag. Having different choices is good. But actually trying to choose one sucks.

This BM is monster... I'm quite excited to see how it does. It actually has a thicker magnet slug than the current generation Mag if you couldn't tell from the photo!

Yep, like Jake said, the slugs on the new BM are taller than our current Mag's! The BM's are growing up for this next production run.

Just a quick question, how are the T/S parameters on this new beast going to compare to the old BMs? Not a big deal for me now, but I might use one for a home sub next summer.
