I can only speak for the Kicker zx series. Wish I could speak for the sx but oh well. The Kicker zx series IMHO lacks control options, but on the other hand has pretty clean underrated power.

guys what do you think between these two companies when it comes to there big amps?

My buddy use to run 2 mmats hc300 to 2 juggs back in the day and damn were those amps some power houses, he use to have a world record in some 2 12 class back in the day off 2 of those, not sure about kicker dont really know anyone who uses them around here but i have heard nothing but good about mmats, well atleats years ago

i had the 3500.5 and 2100.1 both of them where awsome amps but have heard that its a luck of the draw whith the digital amp's (the one that has the flip top) but the older ones you can use as a hammer and they still keep playing(thats what ive been told never used them)

Kickers are solid amps, but my vote oges to mmats,, I've has a few different ones since the early mid 90's and there built sooo solid, powerhouses...

I've had great experiences with both, but if I HAD to pick, I'd go with MMATS. Unbeatable power and efficiency in such a SMALL footprint. Ultra-reliable too.
