so after hitting the wall, I'm finally at the 275 mark. i now get to get fitted for new running shoes -
good luck, man. I'll be praying for you. my father was diagnosed with Non-hodgekins lymphoma when he was 18. he beat and lived to be 42 before a heart attack finally caught up with him. i digress though, the point is always keep a posive attitude and fight it: whether its cancer, a cold or anything else out there. again, good luck and keep us all posted

thanks dude. this is my sort of first kid( i also adopted my step daughter earlier this month). we slacked off on the unprocessed stuff and we eat whatever we want, within reason. calorie counting has been my biggest success. from 315 to 305 was strict diet and exercise. the rest has been 90% calorie counting. my wife is starting to heal from the c section, so we will hit the gym together. i had lost motivation in the past going by myself. school starts this week, so i will be up at regular hours plus trekking across campus, so it might start dropping faster. I 'm stoked because the last time i saw my classmates i was at 312, now i am at 276 -
it peels like a balloon stuck to something would. as long as you apply it generously(2-4 thick coats) it will peel just fine. thin overspray can be buffed out with a towel. i heard goo gone or any alcohol based cleaner will make it wipe right off

first system was in 2002 in my 96 Hyundai sonata. Hu: walmart extreme sound front speakers: stock ( later change to bazooka 3.5 coaxials.) rear deck: stock( later changed to bazooka 6.5" coaxials) sub stage. 2 bazooka bass tubes off of a 100 watt Pyramid. i had a family friend who workef for bazooka, so i got most stuff free. sub stage later became 2 mtx roadthunder 12's in a Sealed q logic box with a bazooka el500.1

started on the factory hubcaps and ran out of plasti-dip. after that, the only chrome on my car will be the strip under the windows. that may go as well

276.4 . not quite there, but I'll take it -
tape arround it , but leave a little room with the paint still exposed. like make a box a few inches away from the badge on all sides. use Several coats. the more coats actually make it easier to peel off the excess in the box area you created, but even thin overspray can be tidied up with a little elbow grease, water and a microfiber towell. the youtube videos i saw suggested using a toothpick to get the center of embles peeled( i.e. my factory paint that is inside circles of Toyota symbol.) check out dipyourcar.com and their subdequent YouTube videos. they use gallons and do whole cars that are way above my pay grade. the main owner has had his audi s4 at least 3 different colors since i statted looking at them. they also sell everything you need to do your own whole car. edit: totally still up this late, feeding my newborn son a bottle :-)

if i am at my 275 reward point in the morning, i will be getting fitted for new running shoes( been rocking the same pair of new balance 992's since 2005). i really need to get a new video in the works. i will definitely record me getting fitted when i do. -
just got home from visiting wife's family. i should have some finished pics of the back up tomorrow. i will also do the grill and get "before", "during", and "after" pics of it. if the can is still full enough, i may do the factory hubcaps as well.

the good thing is that it is a rubber compound. it peels off when done. a micrfiber towell will buff off small spots and large spots peel off like a sticker

sorry guys. been busy with the new baby( check out my other off topic post). weigh day is Saturday and i am a little nervous. we ate junk for a week while in the hospital so my weight yoyoed up a few lbs and was back to normal by last Saturday. i was bummed because i didn't lose any. but I've been back on track this week, so maybe i am at the 275 reward. *fingers crossed* -
think i can pull that off. i got a nice set of pioneer 6x9 that came out of my camry. i also used to have a backpack that had a built in amp(osiris g-bag). i could use the amp and smart phone as a source
