yes hello everyone i just have a quick question i have a new soundstream cd dvd player with usb port my question is can i hook up my portable hardrive to it or does it have to be formatted fat 32 its a 55 gb portable hard drive .Thanks for all of your help
-
thanks Thanks for all the hard work and info what kind of head unit do you have that accepted 8gb and 16gbs. Thanks
-
It's possible that the interface is limited to 2 or 3 gb. That would explain why your 4 gb and hard drive wouldn't work, but your 2 gb would. Check the file system of the 2 gb flash drive and see if it is different than the 4 gb or the hard drive. Also, list your head unit and maybe I can look it up for you. thanks the unit is soundstream model number is vir-70llnt .Thanks for all your help yes i gave you the model number for the soundstream its above. thanks

i have one pair of rca jacks going from the input of one amp to the output of the other amp i belive everything suppose to be up on the master and the slave you dont touch. But now i have done confused myself and dont which amp to adjust also when i turn the input gain up the thermal light comes on so for some reason i had to turn the gain down real low. Its done that one time when i had something hook up wrong i believe its one of the settings on the amp i just cant rember and its frustrating because i know its something simple. So any suggestions or instructions would be helpful. Thanks so much -

The lows are not hitting the way they were before i took them out so i know its something simple and they are 4 ohm wire down @2ohm and if i wanted to hook them one to each sub how would i run the wires. Or how would i go by hooking them up because this master and slave crap is gettin on my nerves along with the strappin i think its more trouble than its worth lol. so any suggestions or instructions would be very helpful. Thanks for all of your help and support Mr crown -

alright sorry about the long sentence and yes im from the usa dirty south to be exact. I had a 16 month old girl in my lap at the time that i was writing this and if anyone has kids then you already know. So everything was strap before and its was banging i switched to us amps. I had to send off one of my us amps on fri so i decided to put the jl audios back in. And yes both kicker l7 are in the same box no problem there i cant find my manual so i believe that i have something hook up wrong. It could be the rcas jacks or i might have touched some buttons on the amp all i know it doesn't sound like they did when they were install the first time. S0 if i could get any help i would greatly appericate it whether its a manual or diagram or simple instructions. Thanks for all your help and support Mr crown -

IT will probaly be a 250 amp fuse and my next question is do i run the oga from my disturbution blocks into the amp or what and do they make something that u can fit oga into a 4ga amp. and i dont know what u mean when u say reducing i assume u mean that run the 0ga from the front of the car to the battery in the back of the car thanks for all of everyones help yeah run 0 from front to the back batt then run either a piece of 0 to your block to reduce it to 4 ga on the out to the amps or just run a piece of 4 ga to the amps off the battery, but definitely 0 ga from the front. safety wise it is good to have fusing before and after your back battery. don't know if you have it that way already. Thanks i have one at the front of the battery i guess i will put one in the back on the second battery thanks for everything and any tips you have is greatly apperciated my next thing is my 6.5 i want to upgrade the polks to something else that will be nice and loud and clear so any suggestions please send them my way. Once again thanks for all the help and i luv ssa so keep up the good work everyone -
