yes big three will help without a HO alt but its not a replacement do the big 3 then see what your voltage is at. If its still bad then your gonna need to get a smaller amp or a bigger alternator.

I would go with a either 2 12's or a single 15" sub. I have a crown vic and i have enough room for my spare tire and a 5 gallon bucket of tools along with a 4 cube box for my sub. How many amps is the police alternator? I would stay clear of Power Acousik also if you need a cheap amp look into audiopipe there are much better amps out there though. Alpine, Kicker, Rockford Fosgate, Sundown, ect.

Someone stole your wiring? The big three is adding a battery ground to the chassis and one to the engine then adding another wire from your alt to the battery positive all in 1/0 awg wire.

Your confusion is with the term SQ if you were looking for true SQ than you wouldn't be worried about more sub output. You just want a system that sounds good on different types of music. correct?

If your looking for a sub that can get loud and sound good there are other subs besides the Q and the BL. But i would put it in a ported box first before going through the trouble to sell it.

I have a couple questions. First would be: I have an 86 Ford Crown Vic that i just installed some 5 1/4 coaxials in the front kick panels, and i was wondering if i added a baffle or some type of backstop if it would increase the volume a little bit. I dare not list the speakers in question because of the shittyness. They are just mounted in the factory location under the door panel cover. Second question would be if i ran 2 sets of four ohm speakers to my two channel amp what ohm load would the amplifier see. Amp is a RF punch 450.2 powering 2 sets of coaxials. I ran the left channels both positives to the amps positive speaker output and the same with the negative. If this needs clarifying then please let me know. Thank you very much. Edit: Wrong forum sorry. Mods if you will please move to speakers/subwoofers.

You can try an audiopipe amp but there only stable down to 2 ohms. There good budget amps that do rated.
