I have this head unit. It is avery good peace of equipment. Sq. Is very good. Has a 8 volt ouyput, bluetooth, jumpdrive capabilty. Staging is very manageable. Has online down loads. Remote control does not have a great range, tho. Over all a goodhead unit. I rate it a 9. -
4 18 BTL's and 10000 watts doesnt sound anything like sq. I dont know much but I know that. Maybe you just got those two words mixed up? No I don't have it mixed up. I've had big system before and they have to sound like crap. But I think we are missing the subject. What is the opt. Size enclosure for these subs. OK well then go with what FI says. About 5-10 cuft at around 32hz for daily if I remember correctly.. I see most people putting them in 7-8 cuft. But 10000 watts doesnt sound like daily so probably tune higher in the 40's or 50's. Ok, thanks. I think I'll try 6cu. Per woofer tuned at@ 26hz. I'll be firing the woofer and port upward in a 92 suburban. What's your thuoghts? Why would you tune your port lower than what FI recommends and what bigrank916 said, if your gonna build it the way you want to then it really is no point in coming on here asking questions? Tune in to 30-35Hz for daily and higher for competitions. Ok,thank you guys for all your advise. Time to build. Be back with numbers soon. Jaycee, what kinda spl numbers do get with system?
