ohhh i smell some TF skip to 7585
-
i know no words to describe
-
Going to keep it short and simple, pics tell the story, fiero had a hurt spot still not done, but 90% done, it won't be painted to match since the whole car needs a paintjob
-
yea, who the hell uses JB weld on a headlight motor to hold it in instead of screws....on the other motor it was clothes hanger and a screw they drilled out
-
while working on the fiero i found out i got some work to do on the headlight/motor wiring, and whoever worked on the wiper motors last time fudgeed them up nicely
-
i smell like resin, i itch from fiberglass, and i'm sweaty/sticky And i don't think i should enjoy it as much as i am
-
actually this is the first time i've ever even touched bondo, and i didn't have a spreader anyway. I just hit it early with the sander and it made everything ok.
-
dad laughed his ass off at me when he saw the pre-sanded body filler, apparently i didn't spread it very smooth?

a pic for steve-o

pics of the fiero uploaded btw steve, in some of the pics you can see a trans am sitting behind my fiero, its an 87 with the TPI that looks like your engine, he also has a camaro that looks like yours (t-tops instead of vert) the camaro is in good shape running etc but the trans am he said he bought but the woman had signed the title over to someone else before he bought it, he has a bill of sale but can't get a title so he'd sell it for $500, it runs, inside is rough, outside is rough too but he said he had the engine/tranny perfect i need a v-8 in the fiero, so now i know where two are (sis's carb'd 350 and now that guys TPI)

damn still waiting on pics of the fiero quaterpanel to upload...i'm happy with how it has progressed, much easier than i expected
-
put the re8 in my bro-in-law's HT sub enclosure last night, getting about 80W off a plate amp, i was extremely impressed with that little bugger, not shake your eyes loud but it was accurate, dropped low and got more than loud enough for accurate bass reproduction. Now i just have to fit it in the fiero

wtf was that all about?

a friend of mine traded his 1911 in on a glock 357sig and absolutely hated it, not so much it was a bad round, he just liked the .45 more. of course glock doesn't hold any special place in my heart. if i ever get another 1911 it'll probably be either http://www.springfield-armory.com/images/p...X9628LLarge.jpg or an STI in hard chrome

i think i have everything, hopefully by 5oclock the weather will be nice in haysi and i can be throwing some fiberglass on the fiero the more i hope the more i know it'll cloud over though
-
time to get everything ready and leave 3hrs driving, a few hours on the fiero putting the headliner back in, might actually be able to take it out for a short unsafe spin, who knows
