You've obviously never ridden in an Eaton'd 3.8 MN12. They are nasty down low. Run out of steam pretty quickly though. never have but the srt6 weighs less has way more HP and only about 20ft lbs less torque (curves not taken into account) so i can't imagine how they'd even come close on the highway. HP and torque are nothing but numbers by themselves. They tell you nothing without factoring in the gear ratios of the tranny/rearend, shift points, stall speeds, etc. . . My old Cobra has less HP and torque than an LS1 F-body and was heavier, but I would kill them out of the hole. Top end was another story, and that's where the powerband is on the 4.6 4V. While i get what you're trying to say, are you willing to stand behind the statement that you think the thunderbird had a chance in the mentioned race? In a race around the track, or from a dead stop, or a top speed challenge, no. Not at all. My car has a sweet spot, almost like a power band on a 2 stroke, from 60-85. I'm still standing by he was either A) playing with you or B) didn't know how to drive

I must be weird then. I always say millimeter instead of em em i think you completely missed the point of my post, a 9mm is not a gun, it's a measurement to be specific, but i'd be way more ok with it being used to reference a bullet or cartridge(9x19 luger, parabellum, nato, etc) just like a "fiteen" is not a subwoofer, its the diameter of the sub. and that someone who refers to their gun by their bullet is not a gun person. just like ryan2 was saying, the whole damn point of concealed carrying is so that people don't know you carry. I personally would never carry if people knew i was. Interesting. I walk around asuming everyone I see is carying. Helps to gauge what may and may not be worth it. No offence to your friend, when the guy was bragging about his gun, or maybe imaginary gun... do you think he felt your lady friend wouldn't understand if he told her a type of gun. I only know one woman who knows when I tell her to go get me the 1911. I married her and trained her well. well i did consider that, but the fact that he was talking about carrying it seals the idiot deal for me. (and no offense taken, i'd never try to refer to a guy by a model number to a girl, or most guys)

9 millimeter it's like asking a guy what kind of subs he has and hearing "fiteens"

I'm not knocking your car, i'm just saying the SRT is extremely fast for a stock car, and you shouldn't be able to touch it if yours is stock.

in fairness the "ricey" one is actually a whale-tail style but it does not tickle my fancy at all

It had the spoiler and badges...=/ Maybe my car isn't stock! haha but which spoiler? big ricey one or small pop-up one?

minji was telling me about a guy she works with that was "telling" her he carries a 9mm for safety she seemed shocked when i told her that A) people who carry for safety don't fucking brag about it b) anyone who knows guns doesn't refer to it as a "9mm"

    Welcome to the IHoP

are you 100% sure it was an SRT? you're talking 330hp+stock in a car that's about 3200lbs and all of them had the auto (which is much better than the manual that i drove, POS 6-speed IMO)

i can tell you mine loves highway racing, i think the funnest race was a damn del sol (yea yea the story makes sense later). we're going up the mountain before christiansburg which is a huge long mountain with a pretty steep grade. He is being all fast and furious idiot style and pulls right up on my bumper and then cuts me off as he tries to speed off. I didn't even stomp down on it as we were already going about 80 and knew he had zero chance. He runs it up to about 95 which takes wayyyy too long. I shift down a gear and pull off from him by almost a car length, then slow back down and do it again. He won't even look over at me at this point so i slow down again, get right beside him and wait for him to look over, i make a running motion with my arms as i push the gas pedal down and leave him again, then slow down and do this about 3 times before he gives up.

is your bird stock? because there's no way you should be able to come close to the srt if it is

    Welcome to the IHoP

I'm so fucking tired of CC bills, i'm heavily debating selling my 9861/701 combo and just picking up a pioneer 880 or something along those lines. I'm not going to ever have the time to compete so i feel like the 701 is just too much

    Welcome to the IHoP

btw ryan how does the line loc work? The ones i've heard about I thought were completely mechanical, you step on the brake, press a button and it shuts off the flow so the fluid can't flow back (locking the brakes) and you press a button to release it. the style you're talking about must be different since it uses its own pump, does it just piggy back the stock lines?

    Welcome to the IHoP

a classmate was going through my phone pics the other day and i'm relatively certain they saw.... the biggest dump i've taken in a long time (had to take a pic....and send to the korean) the korean passed out " naked " " with random objects in random orifices " " with man meat on her face .....oops btw as a disclaimer the korean totally knows i fuck with her when she passes out, she does the same (to an extent) shit to me in the mornings when i am passed out (i sleep super heavily anymore), so don't judge me!
