you may be able to find an inverted carbon fiber like the old ascendant ones, but the nomex style flatcones like jim has won't work. that's the actual cone, not a dustcap. If you e-mail scott he may be able to hook you up when he gets back, the Ascendant's have a full inverted dustcap or he could certainly get you a blank or fi boob style dustcap.

if you're happy with them, does it matter what everyone else thinks?

what happens exactly? when you turn the volume to 28 what are the notes coming out of the sub? any popping? If you managed to blow the BTL i'm guessing you're clipping the hell out of the signal, how did you set your gains?

yo adrian...if you are actually debating having an engine imported for a VW let me know, the roomie is rebuilding one, no idea what it is or anything, but he has plans to sell it, i can find out details if you're interested.

movement? hmmm. i'm really thinking about those wood wraparounds, they even have them with thumbrest/ target style. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee yep, but mine has the rubber that wraps around the front, not like the wood, they shouldn't move at all. I would LOVE a set of target style for the 1911 but those bishes are expensive

http://www.simonichknives.com/gunner.htm those get rave reviews

yea i've seen her grips, i like them but at the same time i'm just not sure they'd look right on the gun, almost too pretty. Kind of like what you mentioned earlier. Thats why i think i'll like the G10, they have a more rugged appearance but still attractive. eh i just have to find a happy medium i like the pachmayer wraparounds that i have but it'd be better if the wraparound part was glued to the frontstrap, the little movement that i get makes me feel a little unsure about them. the wraparounds like you posted look great but i've always wondered why they don't break, they just seem like they'd be very fragile.

i really hate that all of the effective grips are ugly as sin.

when i bought the g21sf, it was down to that, an xd and an m&p. of the 3, the xd fit my hand the worst. just didn't like the feel. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee the xd fit my hand extremely well, probably the only thing i really liked about the gun, but then again my hand is probably about 1/2 the size of yours

looking for new grips for the 1911, hate the double diamond pattern, ... all these are from www.vzgrips.com can't decide which....probably first and second pair, then just use whichever has the best feel

had the privilege of shooting a springfield XD .40 this past weekend as well. I liked the way the gun shot but i would never carry one, the trigger safety and grip safety were not to my liking at all, i also hated the lack of a hammer and no real mechanical safety

there's a 4x4 89 model jeep cherokee for sale locally that isn't running due to "electrical" problems. just e-mailed the guy about it, if it's something fixable there might be another video like the one ryan posted :-D.

ed also sucks for customer service, so i wouldn't put too much weight behind that 5 year warranty.

"Twin-Turbo Torroid Coil Design" it's gotta be fast.... but honestly, you'll want a better amp err than the hifonics (edit to add clarification)

I have the MDT-29's in my towers how do you like them ? Love them. I don't have any complaints. 29s are what i have as well, friggin awesome tweet, i like them wayyyyy more than the seas 27tdfc (not sure on the letters). Though i do think one is finally on its way out. But that was my fault, not the tweet's.
