"no..the whole time you've told me this story you've been laughing your ass off" i hadn't realized but i have found this whole thing funny and ironic. Kind of beautiful in its own little way.

well the other night went swimmingly. She tried to lie about it of course. But what really amazed me was how good she was at lying. No hesitation at all. But i did what i said i was going to do before i confronted her.... of course IDB seemed proper too. So while she's laying there sore in every orifice, apologizing for wanting to cry, i told her what i knew. After the lying she really just couldn't say anything, completely dumbfounded.

just finished polishing the feed ramp on the woodsman, for such a nice gun the feed ramp is cheap as hell. a huge gap in it that will catch bullets very easily. I've been debating filling it in with jbweld.....yea it's that big, but no idea if JB weld can be sanded to an extremely smooth finish

I REALLY hope that the professor notes the improvement i've been making in case i'm border line -/+ at the end of the semester.

thanks for the offers guys but at this point i honestly don't know what i need. Once i get back to the burg i'll throw in some floppies and try to get a command prompt. I guess the computer isn't recognizing the HDD...no idea why it wouldn't unless it's unformatted.

fudge fudge fudge, there's no way to get into bios on the toshiba, i can choose the boot sequence from the flash screen but no real bios unless i get in to windows....pucking bill gates

PXE-E61 media test failure god damn it...my cd rom might be trashed, tried booting from two separate windows CDs and neither worked, i get that error. Could it be the unformatted HDD or a bad cd-rom...

when i try booting from the xp disk it says it's not a system disk. This must have to do with the brand new HDD and complete lack of drivers...right?

hmm, ok so i need a bootable winxp disk? i'm not really sure what i need actually, blank hd isn't doing it for me...maybe load dos then go from there...

well...i just submitted a vague application for a job. One hell of an opportunity, would spin my life in another direction but i'm kind of ready for that...the short story is that i'd get a free master's degree out of this deal
