actually the extracts aren't nearly as bad as you'd imagine. i think it's because they digest easily. i've found jalapenos to be one of the worst to make its way through your digestive tract. if i had to guess i'd say it's got a lot of cellulose that protects the capsa...whatever the word is for the hot shit
