Which do you use/recommend? I have only had one issue with mine after 3yrs. I think moisture got in it and causes it to blow my fuse when I use one of the sides.

Great equipment. Maybe SSA will buyout some of their product and offer insane pricing on it. I have one of their amps still installed and had a 4ch for a bit. Great power.

I like the price of the Dcon for the Gcon .... -
whaaaat??? I'd go with the Dcon and support America's economy... :-) Idk... for ~80$ more I would just get the Gcon... I'd say that was a good answer if we knew pricing, unless I missed the leak?!?!?! Cuz I could def go for like 2 -12" setup when I get a new job....

Mobile skin is gone??? -
Ordered these a WHILE back and just got them yesterday... Seems he used a "slightly" bigger SAE positive terminal to design mine as it isn't tight enough but he is making another one to ship to me. Here they are:

Low pass crossover?
Shogen replied to Dangrebel's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Like Imp is saying, you should look into "normal" tweeters if you want better install options, ST are not easy to blend and most installs I have seen with them are just going for loud and not better sound, you will have holes between sub and front stage for sure but some people do NOT mind that ... Good luck in your search and I will keep an eye out for your update... -

I bough these from a lady that I found on Craigslist. Good thing with craigslist is that if you meet face to face you get to look at the lenses before you buy Also http://www.thephotoforum.com/ and www.adorama.com is a good place to look. Here is the deal with zoom ranges and aperture size. The bigger the aperture (smaller the f number) the more you are going to pay. It gets expensive quick. Fast glass is expensive really no matter what focal length. Although there is a nice variety of big aperture prime lenses at decent prices but zooms are a different story. Buy what you can afford and what you will use. Everybody wants a f2.8 70-200mm but few can shell out +$2000. This is where the camera comes into play as well. Spend big bucks on a camera and (hopefully) get better ISO performance. The better ISO performance can allow you to take pictures with faster shutter speeds. A big aperture lets you take pics with a faster shutter speeds (compared to a smaller aperture), among other attributes. A higher ISO will let you use a faster shutter speed (compared to a lower ISO) as well. The trade off with high ISO is noise. The high dollar camera should have less noise at a given ISO than the cheaper camera. In the end it all comes down to how much money you want to spend. Thanks, yes my Alpha 580 is rated well up to 1600 ISO which will most likely be good for a wide variety of lenses and I do understand the pay to play bit... a big reason why I am looking into secondhand buying for my future... Tokina seems to have some good lenses for my camera as well as Tamron.

For the custom terminals? CACO ... Username = ToolMaker For the fuse holders placed an order from Sonicelectronix but hasn't shipped yet... Thanks

I will when I get all my fuse holders and then install.. Right now my trunk is empty... I cry everyday that I drive around...

edub, best place to get used lenses? I know Sony and Nikon are different but maybe the places you find yours may be a good start for me.. I need nice zoom.. Still rocking my 18-55 kit lens ... And girlfriend's Minolta fixed 100mm lens which I use rarely since it kinda scrapes the mount ... Also, what's a good F range to look for in a zoom lens?

Middle of January, but I saw what else he had going at the same time as mine so I was surprised they came that quick... He did a TON of stuff
-
why yes it is... lol I have mine grounded to the seat bolt not saying it is great but I will be adding a ground soon enough when weather is a little better to work under the car...
-
Is this really all you have to do to add a 2nd bat?
Shogen replied to Moofs's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
I'm sorry to thread jack but this is something I'm trying to figure out... will adding a run of ground from front to back battery along with power help me? I don't want to start a new thread for just that question It doesn't hurt... If you don't have a good ground to frame and it is easy for you to run then I'd do it..
