    Amp Clamping

The beginning of that sentence and the end of that sentence have nothing in common. If one was meant to imply the other, then there is no way in hell you should be strapping your amps together. That is, unlike you like replacing things. Add to that most likely your goals and reasons for doubling up are wrong, as in there are probably more cost effective and easier way to reach them.

Either way, when you get on Matt you need to recite as much about each courses contents as you remember. You can ignore the complimentary amuse bouche's they offered throughout.

Better for logistical reasons as well. If a chef is making 30 plates of something for the "first" time versus 3 the quality will be better. Just ask me to pour 10 cappuccino's in a row and try to make a rosette. Guess which cap has the nicest one? Yep, not the first three for sure.

I did state *hopes like hell anyway* that he had to be there before they opened.

Uh-oh. Still no further from Matt. Should be on soon....as there are now closed. 15 courses takes longer than he had. Hope it doesn't sour the experience as it is seriously untouched without a much more insane budget. As in more ridiculous than a Guy Savoy private dinner for a New Years celebration in Paris. Perhaps not quite the same in execution, but comparing a $5000 meal to a $62.50 isn't fair either.

And beware, 2.5hrs there could be 5. They aren't known for making people happy UNLESS you eat.

So much better. Imo the ms8 was sub-optimal because it lacked flexibility, took forever to try different xo, and tried to be smarter than the user with it's "autotune." It also killed midbass, which may have been "artificial midbass people are use to." I'm sure if you used it in an oem install, it would likely improve it, but for both setups I did, it sucked. With the minidsp you can change the xo points slopes on the fly, apply any eq, t/a, or switch between completely different presets. The tweaking I was able to do in 10 minutes would have taken me hours with the ms8, and in those 10 minutes the stereo (err mono rofl) sounded better then it ever has period. Google panned monophonic and kick me later. Probably hard. /discussion

Aside from this hiccup, the unit is awesome. If you need the 2 way because it's true, let me know. I'll buy it and email it to you.

I'd be curious if your 4way plugin is the same as mine or different, but I only remember seeing one. Also curious to see what happens if you try messing with the balance like I did next time your in the boat. I have to pull my sub to attach an USB plug. *and YES it was a fucking oversight in my install. **and yes, you are probably skinny enough in the arms that you could connect one, just not sausage fingers over here.

    MVL and CDL

Constrained Layer Dampers do not block noise, well okay they have some mass, but that is not their application. Mass Loaded Vinyl on the other hand is uber heavy for it's size. To BLOCK noise you need mass. Pretty much any mass is fine, but just make sure it covers the whole surface. This leaves you with MLV or something even heavier like sheet lead. One is a bit easier to acquire, more cost effective and is the winner bang for the buck. So, you are asking yourself, why did he answer this way? It's because I can't tell you what is panel noise (structure borne) or transmitted noise (airborne). Knowing a ton about NVH I can guess, but that isn't truly the right solution for anyone. Use what you have to determine when and where it occurs and then extrapolate why. It will lead you to the right solution.
  15. No mids and u don't like the lpg, lol. You haventbgiven anywhere near enough info to begin shopping. Atm what is best for you is a passive comp set

If it's date night, Travail. 15 course tasting menu $125 for two. Might be the best restaurant in the country. Definitely if you take bang for the buck into account.
  22. I already answered. If you are going to look at Fs and draw a driver out of a hat there are WAY more options than 2. If you actually select a driver i dont see how that'd be the choice
