There is an analog overall volume control knob that is a <$5 to add to the miniDSP. It can link and control the master vol for both. I redline my tablet and use the knob...but I absolutely hate digital volume controls. I actually have 3 other volume knobs next to mine, but that is for zone control. You "can" use the volume control from the tablet, but personally anything that has the arbitrary chance of going full bore is something I'll design around.

Solved my sync issues, lol. For some stupid reason our server "pushes" emails whenever there is activity EVEN if it is unrelated to the Inbox or the folders being synced. Considering I have a new pc the process to sync my sent items and deleted items took 12 hours and my phone wanted to update the whole time. A temporary switch to manual update solved it and then letting the sync'ing finalize cured it......at least so far.

Nope. Not normal. As for the suspend below, my pc has a 4gb partition for that. Why 4gb? I'd bet because that is what it has for ram...

If you do want them cleaned I'll split the thread and move the mess. Just to make this post on topic. That installation is about the only valid reason for using a 4th order BP. If you aren't passing from one compartment to another they are generally not logical choices.

did you read his post???nice! but ive seen this type setup like 100 times. You seriously need an attitude adjustment. 4th order can be ANY alignment that has a 4th order response. Two very typical uses are a STANDARD ported enclosure and a bandpass. There are other ways to have that response as well. You consistently piss in people's posts with moronic statements that are off topic. I've warned you before. At this point, I'm putting you on permanent vacation. If it is truly midbass that you want and that is all you need a small subwoofer bandpassed to play midbass in your doors would be ideal. Tons of options, depends on your locations and processing.

Still 876mb to go on my deleted items from the server to my pc....

I only have my Inbox and one sub-folder backed up. No attachments downloaded and the total is currently a whopping 40-50 emails as I've been keeping it clean. That being said, my PST file is many gB's and is currently being copied onto my new computer. Perhaps the server is stupid and keeps sending "inbox changed" messages to the phone to re-download. The other option is that it hung on trying to download one of the emails and keeps retrying. This is I think might be likely since it only shows emails from yesterday on the phone. It did have some from overnight this morning, but the heavy data use started after 9am and I had already cleared those. Not sure how to tell it to stop trying what is causing it to fail.

There is something wrong with our exchange server. I've used 1.6gB of data on mail in the past day and a half since getting the DNA. Of course, I am also synchronizing a new PC so that might compound it a bit. I don't understand why as I am only sync'ing the inbox, but it is definitely using data.

The problem with Windows 8 for the unpc capable is the Metro screen is hard to bypass. I don't use it for anything other than being a start button. As a start button it is more capable than the old one. Still funny where some things are hidden.

For that sort of user it wouldn't be a good solution
