Should be able to fit a 10" in .9 unless it includes port in which case you are probably stuck with an 8. Probably will have to port around 70Hz which is close to what you want.

miniDSP will be fine although you may need a line driver. I don't remember how flexible the 4x10 is for which plug ins, but as long as it'll cover the ranges and inputs it has more than enough power to tame everything appropriately. Without porting your mids, you are going to not attain the lower frequency you are looking for. Real question then becomes how large of an enclosure can you manage. That will determine which driver.

Gotta be some high school joke or something.

Think they are mostly overpriced and non-accessible. Headunit control rocks. After that a miniDSP or PC plug in makes more sense to me if you cannot control things from the drivers seat really easily.

Wife seemed better today, but still scarred.

When you buy SDS you get free advice thrown in. It's spot on as well. Consider he is the only educated and honest person selling deadener, I'd go with him.

Bypass is worth a try. I'd just do it manually before implementation of a switch though.

Thanks Mang!

Morning away has to follow suit unless we are home by 10

What special thing can I do for someone who will just be exhausted when I get home?

It gets worse. Next two weekends we are gone. I travel one more week. Then we go on vacation and leave our 2 year old alone iwth my brother for two weeks. Add to that my soon to be 4 year olds birthday party to plan and the fact that I have three people lined up to look at our house and she is not dealing well. Then you add that the 4 year old challenges EVERYTHING we do and it gets to both of us. Me being gone compounds it like hell.

Spoke to my wife a few minutes ago. Sounds like she is having a break down. Ultra stressed at work, thinks she is failing, afraid to move, thinks she has no patience for the boys and is making them hate her. All sorts of shit. Was fine yesterday. Never seen her react like this Let her know you are there for her and make a date night. It sounds exactly like when my wife had the problems with her boss. I told her the worst they can do is fire you, and then the problems are gone and we will still be fine. Once she realised all they can do is fire her she started working harder with less stress. You may need to word it different depending on your reliance on her immediate income, but I know you can figure it out so just let her know it's ok. More than likely her knowing it is ok will set her free and it will work out well. We have no reliance on her income. If she needs to quit, she can. Of course we are talking about moving in which case we will be reliant on her income if we want to retire. I think my ridiculous list of things to finish before we can list our house probably put her over the top. I'm a fucking machine though. If I don't have too much to do I GO nuts. That is what drives me and what makes me drive everyone else batty. Just a bummer that it shows up while I am gone.

I understand as they took her from a doing role into a managing role and threw a director title at her. It's a huge transition, I'm just super bummed I am not there to help make her feel better.
-
Was fine until she got her promotion. Tonight was complaining about not wanting it, not being ready for it, and not liking it. I know the transition is stressful, but having a meltdown the first day I am away sucks.

Oh, lord. Got a PM asking about miniDSP's to be used with 10" Neo, HLCD, and two sets of FT1's. Seriously what fucking forum is promoting such idiotic bullshit. A midrange for a midbass and triple loaded tweets to mate with a single pair? I almost cried it was so bad.
