TightVNC will work. http://www.tightvnc.com/download/2.7.7/tightvnc-2.7.7-setup-64bit.msi Danke!

Real question is why an SLR and what is the budget. Task and goals at hand will make a huge difference on what to grab.

Defeats the purpose. Point & shoot or DSLR. Of course the caveat being if you can live with a single prime. Can you go into detail more on living with a single prime? Wife already is balking on the idea because we don't "need" one for what we do. ie, no zoom whatsover

It makes sense. Rayon is fantastic feeling. I get so hot and sweaty it might not work for me. But knowing they don't suck makes me feeel better. Tempur sells them on their website and it shocked me that they would use it. Rayon washes like shit as well.

Remote Desktop search. Don't need access outside of my house or network, but I'd like to virtually run my desktop on my laptop without going to the desktop. I can get around "needing" to do this, but for some applications it'll save me a big hassle. Lappy is win 8 and desktop 7

New Hopefully last system plan/ideas
///M5 replied to tommydh's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Excluding horseshit companies. An amp is an amp is an amp. It all comes down to installation and planning which should be done WAY before shopping. You want to do this backwards and bitch about people actually trying to help. Rather dumb IMO. Asking a loaded question for subjective answers is also idiotic. Seems to me your whole topic is either a trolling topic or you are completely confused. You NEED to think of things as a system. Stop searching for each component until you lay that out. If you aren't going to lay it out in a topic, expect replies that will bring you no value. -
Not discrediting the claim. Am curious how they wash up and last though as wood fibers don't normally take to getting wet very well. I'm a sweaty bastard too.

Using car alarm remote to do unique things...
///M5 replied to shizzzon's topic in Automotive and Performance
Hell my alarm controls my stereo, tv's, sprinkler, lights, HVAC, talks to me and I haven't even begun to scratch the surface. Sure mine is 110v, but whatever you want to do can be done. -
No way, spend way too much energy and $$ ironing.I have had some that don't need any ironing. It just depends on how they make the fabric.I've taken a shit that didn't stinkThe wrinkle factor of linen is over hyped when discussing sheet linen. Maybe I don't care about wrinkles as much. It also has to do with how long it sits and how dry you dry it. You know about laundry you know this man. Reading the progression here there is no reference to sheets. And yes, I'm shitfaced so the previous reference for BAMBOO I don't remember. ;P And no Peng, I don't give a fuck if my sheets are wrinkled if they feel sweet. Linen and feeling sweet has never been high on my list of rubbing my face in it.

Defeats the purpose. Point & shoot or DSLR. Of course the caveat being if you can live with a single prime. Like most things, I'd rather invest in something I can keep for a long time and grow into. Then spend 90% of your budget on some glass and the last 10% on someones old ass DSLR

Literally taking about as long as the whole assembly and windows installation process

I hate waiting for windows to install updates.

SPDT Relay contacts strong enough?
///M5 replied to shizzzon's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
I use relays at home to fire a 15A 110V source. Allows me to turn on a pro audio amp that has no on input. If they can handle that load I don't see why you should even be concerned about yours. I fire it with 12v so they should be fine in a car as well. IIRC they were about $15 each, but I could be wrong there. -
I typed too fast. Sorry mang, that fucking sucks.
