I literally quit more than 100 times. EVERYTHING I tried didn't work...until I decided that I wasn't going to smoke anymore. You can't try to quit, you have to become a non-smoker. Once you make that jump in your mind the withdrawals are annoying, but the constantly renewed temptation isn't there which is impossible to not succumb to. If you were to use a vape pen for 30 days or some period to just get beyond the physical feel of a smoke and to be different that could surely help. I would try to use it as little as possible and pull down the nicotine but as long as you think you may be a smoker, you will be.

I do think it was a wise choice to not quit everything at once. You are ready to be rid of nicotine now though.
-
Finally did stop though years ago now. Just had to finally decide that I wasn't a smoker.
-
Btw, I don't think quitting smoking is hard. I've done it at least 100x.

Go Mikey go!

Not saying other herbs and flavors like garlic are bad, just not necessary to marinade.
-
A good cut of meat only needs kosher salt and pepper. Bad cuts of meat need marinade.

Yikes. I pulled it at 105

because they were in my freezer.

I just ate ribs off the smoker. Babies here though unlike your beasts!!

Does the steak need marinade because it isn't a good steak or because it is becoming something else (taco, sandwich, etc)

Salmon isn't a protein I feel benefits that much. Chicken is the big winner. Salmon loves a nice crust on the meat or skin and slow roasting.

No. Make the omelet separate from the toast. WAY better.

Just to clarify, it is a barrier not an absorber. Doesn't mean there isn't some overlap or even confusion in that statement, but when you think of it that way it will make things easier to contemplate. Then your question needs to be is one 1lb per sqft barrier in 2 layers as good as 1 layer of 2lb? To think of that first start with is 2lb better than 1lb? That answer is yes absolutely as the only thing doing anything here is mass. In other words it is not the thickness but the mass. So yes, double works. The 2nd part of the question in which is better requires more detail. Either 2 sheets or 1 doubly heavy could be better based on how it is installed....but that goes in too deep and can be really complicated to predict. Yes, it should "float"...but a better word is that it should be decoupled. Goal is to not couple any energy you don't have to into your absorber. As for orientation, when from above you realize mass is king and add that 100% coverage with no holes is required you should draw the conclusion orientation is interesting only for helping you maximize coverage without strange cutting and such.

Funny, I've almost a few times. I have some untrackable noise in my truck right now and thought about it. -
If you said something that doesn't work you are right

Big motor, BIG burrs, and the rest is nothing. Considering good ones cost upwards of $600 what do you think you get for $50?
-
The words "burr" in a grinder don't mean jack shit. The ones at walmart are garbage. Not any better than a $10 spice grinder.

Going to see a lot more than Ferrari with electric turbos. Being ramped up like hell in production atm.
