    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

Leaning towards the Dolkita at this point but if a deal on a 261 or 550xp showed up i would take it. Btw - the autotune isnt a computer. Works like a tempaflow so no biggie to over ride.

    You are a machine
  3. Screen glare isn't perfect, but I can read it with my polarized glasses on.

    Finally Swapping out stock speakers

What are you using for a crossover? Generally speaking 8ohm tweets are more than fine. You won't need so much power going to them anyways. Crossover will determine this though.

    Wakeboard tower speakers

Awesome! Once my kids actually want to wakeboard I am gonig to build some as well. Right now I surf a couple times a summer and that is about it.
  7. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Kenwood I have. (DDX9903) pretty sure I didn't even pay $350 for it though.

The Echo maybe but not unless there is a real dealer that isn't home depot. ...what is nuts is that the ones on CL are nearly the same price as new?

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

Stihl 261, Dolmar 5105, Husky 550xp were the ones I was leaning towards.

And yes, all my yard equipment smells like my snowmobile.

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

Part of me wants the little 180 and then to mod it. If I need bigger than buy a big one. A lot of what I will use it for I could use a shears...but I prefer to smell like 2 stroke!

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

Hmm, I was going to stay at 50cc which is way smaller than the 441. Sure I like overkill, but the little 35cc echo was WAY better than my saw and enough for what I'd do. Considering I am mostly trimming the lightweight and movability is huge. 10lbs >> 14lbs for this. In the smaller saws, all the tests show a Dolmar or Husky is the better choice. I am sure in the big dogs it isn't that way.

Engine management? I want one with no bullshit. Just a carb and cylinder. Anything they do beyond that won't be something I shop for.

Btw. Vikings FTW. Power rankings beware the purple.

Still want the damn Festool miter saw. Because Festool.

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

Obnoxious for lots of holes, but accurate as fuck which is more important for my needs atm.

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

First shot using the Taig as a drill press and it worked perfect.

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

I've been looking used, but Acme here sells Stihl for about the same price as CL does used. WTF?

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

In the big dogs perhaps not, but the "who gives a fuck models" hmmm

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

After looking at Chainsaws today, thinking that applies to Stihl as well. The Husky, Echo, & Dolmar all were compelling.

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

I trim trees with mine....which is one of the reasons I want a chainsaw.

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

I've got a big ass Echo. It rocks. It uses the bigger cord (80??) and yes the bigger cord makes a huge difference. Mine will shoot landscapinng rocks 30' easy.

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

The main problem with mine is that it is under powered and once hot won't restart. Been through the carbs and it runs great once going. Disposable chinese crap. ...so the other thing I need is one that is rebuildable. Don't want a throw away piece.
