Time to demo some more vehicles. You also need to weigh in the FR with stage and pick your compromise. And yes, there will be one.

To use altogether? Personally I wouldn't pair a 150 with 125 as I'd like drivers that have different specialties. In a 1.5 xover scenario you gain cone area, but for that purpose there are beefier drives than the 150. The 100 is a way better midrange than the 125. WAY. Can't dig at all, but if you have a midbass then that isn't really a concern.

Ha, funny. When I read friendship 1% I was thinking it was some diet scale or something along those lines. Brand name never entered my brain. Oh, and sugar is the devil, fat isn't. And btw, I am more than willing to post up recipes but need someone to say what they'd like. I don't cook with recipes, just a knife but that doesn't mean I couldn't pen some things down.

How to use tablet for head unit?
///M5 replied to ShaneSauce's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
You can. It is also possible to hack a Nexus 7 such that it charges and runs a USB hub. This would allow you to use a USB D/A converter to drive the amplifiers. That gets a bit involved. I'll post a write up on how probably sometime in January though. If you choose to use another tablet you will NOT be able to charge and use OTG. As far as I know there are no other options on the market. I didn't look into doing the same with the Raspberry PI which is most likely not an issue, but in that case the resume from sleep may be the slow portion. The Nexus 7 I am playing with resumes in about 3 seconds and has the drives playing music within 10. -
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.

Normally you'd call that Grigio. Pinot refers to Pinot Noir. Just in case you order it somewhere...

Fat is good for you, chemicals not so much

Nothing wrong with Kickers. Designed for more mainstream style boxes, but perform well in them.
-
Yep, that is AMG or 997 money

What is friendship 1%? I've never heard anyone describe a food product as friendship before. And if they made "extra fat" cottage cheese I'd buy that. Watch what shit they put in instead of the fat and you may not want that fat free stuff.

Can't believe how expensive trucks are.

My 07 has cooled seats.

Any mass is fine.

Just: Evanston, Phoenix, LA, SF, Seattle before going on a Euro tour. That only covers through 11-26, but these guys don't tour non-stop like rock bands.
-
Not sure, my buddy gets to see them next week in Seattle as well. Dave tours here everytime he releases an album. I've seen him with Eubanks's brother a few times.

Chance to hear probably the best bass player on the planet that is currently living and one of the best guitarists.
-
Bass and guitar is why you'd go.

I'd recommend sitting central if you go. Being behind the drummer is never good acoustically and if you are right of stage you'll be blasted by the keys.
-
Only two bad parts. 1) We sat right in front of the Fender Rhodes amplifier so Craig Taborn was a bit too loud. Of course, for front row seats I should holler too loud. and 2) They didn't mic up Kevin Eubanks voice. His harmonizing grunts were fucking awesome and outside of where we were sitting no one could hear them.
-
Eric Harland will go down as one of the best drummers of all time as well. Really was unfuckingbelievable.
-
Saw him play pre-Leno and now after and HOLY FUCKING SHIT. He's been practicing.
-
And yes, that is Kevin Eubanks.

I would wholeheartedly recommend going for the show if they come by your town. One of the most spectacular shows of musicianship I've ever seen.
