I know the RWD is a pipe dream of mine. I only want it on Mazda's because I could actually drive one versus the boring ass other Japanese toasters on the market. I am completely of the belief though they are missing the real opportunity in not having a luxury line. It wouldn't appeal to me probably, but it would to those people that are buying Volvo, Acura, Lexus & Infiniti. That is a huge market here and I assume nationwide. In particular if you can keep up the great interiors and value which Mazda has proven they can.

I have been in their new cars. They drastically need a luxury line. If they had one they could put a serious hurting on Lexus/Acura/Infiniti as the base Mazda platform and interior is world's better than the Toyota/Honda/Nissan options. Exactly why I think they can't afford to NOT have one. As for resources, they have plenty. More than Hyundai did 8 years ago...and now the Genesis is also nicer than the Japanese luxo bombs. I keep waiting for the Genesis sport ute to come out. Then you will start to see them everywhere. RWD is not covered by the Miata. It should be in every car they make that isn't a 3. I will never own a FWD car again and really prefer to not have AWD. It is the sole reason I am contemplating upgrading the Escalade as the newer ones you can shut off the AWD.

Perhaps an analogy would help. The FT1 mated with the UN is like building an automatic 6 speed transmission and leaving out gears 2,3,4,5. There is NO WAY to program the computer that controls the transmission to make it work well. Actually more like leaving out 1,2,4,5 but that makes it harder to understand the analogy. I would be glad to be constructive, but there is no way to make that setup sound even listenable unless you are partly deaf.

Mazda REALLY needs 2 things. 1- RWD 2- A luxury line. if they would Acura/Lexus/Infiniti their cars they would be a huge step up from the rest of the Japanese luxobombs

All the attempted GT cars that are coming out look terrible. GM cancelled the Aztek for a reason....

They have lost what once made them a great company and are now dealing with fall out. Unless they have some major new invention that wows people even their faithful will leave. They are a long ways off on the value proposition.

The iPhone 10XS isn't as much of a phone as the new Samsung or Pixel phones. Like always Apple sells on name recognition and not value. Shocking that idiots are paying $1500 for them. Seriously, it is a phone. Those bastards set the damn curve for price too. If they were cheaper the rest would be as well. If you are into Apple, stop into an Apple store for service once. It ought to make you sick to your stomach. If you are still in, try to play music. Itunes is single handedly the worst app for music I have ever seen. Seriously not usable for anyone with any sort of music collection and considering this is a music based site I would figure that would be many of us. Then look at accessory prices and repair costs. Again Apple rape. It sucks, I used to be a huge apple fan. My first 8 or so computers were Apples, but then they started to go from the open company to the it is their way or the highway...and I have zero interest in that. There is a reason that more than 80% of the phones sold in the world are not Apple phones. The one argument that used to hold water is if you are using the Apple universe and sharing everything between your phone, pad, computer that it was helpful, but these days that isn't even a benefit. Helps that WIndows now has intrinsic support for Android since they dropped the Windows phones. If you have been an Apple supporter you owe it to yourself to go see what progress is. I could add one other tidbit as well. As a customer, they are single-handedly the worst company to deal with that has ever existed.

They are now $200 more expensive again. If I use last year as a reference, the price won't be that good again until the release of the Pixel 4.

I looked at one hard, settled on a HP x360 spectre....actually my whole company did since I pick the pc's. I liked it better when we chose than the Yoga for about the same $. If you want a cheap internet machine, the Chromebooks are on sale right now. I could imagine they could do everythign necessary...but haven't played with one, just saw the deal on them so I thought I'd comment.

The S9 only wins in the multitasking domain as the 6gb of ram and the way it manages it is better. Everything else including battery life, camera, user interface etc are better on the pixel. I think the multitasking has to do with Pie vs Oreo which means it may bite Samsung on their next update. Hiding from the curved glass seemed like a no brainer to me. ....but yet I almost bought the Samsung. Lag bugs the FUCK out of me.

Not sure, I assume so as I don't think there are any iPhones with a round fingerprint reader. Moment only makes lenses for the iphone and pixel. Case is $30, lenses are $90 or so each. The wide is the one that helps the most, but curious since the pixel doesn't have two lenses if the tele wouldn't help as well.

Roast/brown the shit out of it with aromatics. Deglaze, add enough to make it stock, run solids through a chinois, thicken with a roux. (after boiling down). I can be more specific, but you'll have to ask. I don't believe that anything will be extracted out of the bones at 145F. I also need them for the stock/gravy as they add flavor.
