Didn't look that close.

And it was a TC on the teaser

I'm raising rednecks. BOys beg to see stuff like this on youtube. No real reason to link that one other than it is what we are watching right now.
-
ACtually it was the user. Really common among DD-1 users too.
-
so if the smd dd1 is used properly by the user manual it won't hurt a sundown amp correct? It is impossible to use it possible as it is a complete POS and does NOTHING positive. If the manual says throw it in the garbage then I subscribe to what it says others it is full of shit.

They are awful compared to a nice gel pen. Seriously. Other than that Acme makes nice refills but the pen is $80.

Yes, I use a gel pen. Only cheapo that works. I'll post what they are later.

Of course I also don't own a business...and won't until I come up with an idea that will make me >$400k/yr within a year or two.
-
I could word that differently. How many "general" web sites do you visit. Perhaps I am an odd cat, but the ones I go to are very specific to cater to my needs/wants/interests.

Headunit causing distortion is NEVER related to your amplifier setting at all. Both can be sources and in that they are completely independent.* *unless of course you exceed the input stage levels of the amp Exactly. Setting at max anywhere is idiotic. It does mean though if you aren't smart and listen you can break something, but it will give you the capability to adjust for recordings which is 1000% necessary. Using a DMM is a TERRIBLE idea. In particular for you. STOP. Redo everything. 0.4v is rather low. Even still most headunits can't hit their stated voltage anyways so setting anywhere near a limit is a mistake. Of course if you set by ear this is really obvious.- 12 replies

Reading material on 2 way and 3 way systems?
///M5 replied to SpeakerBoy's topic in SPL & SQ / Fabrication
Making money building 2 way passives isn't so easy. Normally takes iterations to come up with something that works and regularly the crossover is more expensive than the drivers. Add that up and unless you are filling a niche (which is usually already filled) you won't make anything. Then of course is the need for measurement gear which ain't cheap and it gets tough. In a car, in reality what you learn in house only helps so far. The problem with in vehicle are the mounting locations suck compared to in a house so you have to figure them out first. Since that is usually already defined then the other steps above are sort of out of order. -
2 stroke oil turned me off the 4.
-
How do you appeal to different tastes in that demographic?

AMsoil is garbage. Can't tell you how many early failures I've seen running it. It is the scourge of a 2 stroke and when I worked with load cells and setup test benches for oil it sucked ass in 4's as well. Can I ask why they failed? Was the oil poorly cleaned? Sure, piston scuffing. Premature wear. I will never buy Amsoil anything again.I could continue to asking questions, but that could happen with any oil.Couldn't agree more, but when it happens on nearly 100% and not until that switch is made it is tough to swallow. Last time I was at the engine builder I am referring to he showed me a stack of Amsoil failures. I can understand that, but I would be curious why. Keep in mind I only use their 0-20 and 0-30 along with their filters. I have not no use for their other oils. I am also soured by the thievery in their business practices. Poor lubrication is the cause in the 2 stroke world. Pretty much 100% of engine builders for sleds won't run it. What they see I have to trust.

Low mileage ones btw

Best NON - Nav Headunits for SQ?
///M5 replied to ChadS13TDI's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
It is rather simple. You asked for something which implies a perfect frequency response. This means you NEED a processor. There are no double din units without Nav that have a processor. Had you actually read the terms and conditions and made a thread that described what you really needed instead of using some terminology that you don't understand the definition to you'd get better help. Add to that the confusion of "needing" a 4v out. That is a pointless spec and won't help shit. There are some threads in my signature that will help you steer the thread in a direction that can help you. What you've given us so far can't. Exactly why "no" is the right answer. -
You should come here to see the restul.
