Which REQUIRES a ported enclosure if using a high sensitivity driver. Still would need a multitude of them to really "keep up". The bandwidth trade-off usually means that a ported 8 or at most 10 is the sweet spot...although a multi-way system will do even a better job.

Getting some 305 Nitto 420s soon, that'll help too. Just haven't decided if I can handle 24's... -
Not disagreeing totally, but my Rockford Pro Audio 10's are crossed at 50hz - 4khz and fill the gap quite nice and are loud and have good midbass aswell. I would say they would do well paired with some horns especially crossing the horns at 1.5k or so. I will say Senchez's 12's are even more awesome. But not many people are prepared to run such a large driver up front. Do note I said midrange. Plenty of ways to do this, but I'd definitely be running a 3 or 4 way if I really needed output. Agreed, same reason why I never mentioned midrange either. Midbass would be the only benefactor here. I wouldn't have it any other way 10" pro audio mids suck at midbass generally speaking.

Had to shave the stock hold down a bit to get it to hold, but 65 fit instead of 48. 950cca AGM is I guess what I'll have. Just want enough to keep the carpc happy when cranking the motor. Obviously won't have a bass heavy setup as it is about 20 years too late for me on that. -
I know some Koren people who eat them in milk.I've had intestines, stomach, heart, testicles, lungs, gizzards and other unique body parts in Korean restaurants. Most of those items I'd prefer to scales, but obviously am more than willing to try if someone makes them tasty. Pretty sure if that is the case they could put dirt in the dish and it'd be tasty. I don't need calcium that bad either.Being connective tissue I imagine when broken down they may be lip smackin', but flavor is not something they bring to the game.Mind telling about the flavors and textures on some of these 'exotic' foods? Also what animals they were from? I've always been curious. J If you are curious go eat some Amusingly, exotic is something I'd use for things like truffles. Liver is mundane, leftover to most people or a sausage filler. As with any food preparation determines the texture and flavor. If you are curious about something in general I can describe. My biggest issue is smell. So often they smell just god awful to me. Smells bad, I can't eat it. Fucking sad isn't it, J Taste is something like 60% smell. That being said, none of the above have never smelled bad to me. . . . And the reason I will never again try salmon. Bad smelling salmon is rotten. I wouldn't eat rotten fish. That all being said, raw salmon is SO MUCH better than cooked. And if raw salmon smells bad DON'T cook it. Really if any fish has a district fishy smell you shouldn't eat it.Smelling like the ocean on the other hand is a great thing. The distinct "fishy" smell you are all referring to is rotting.

Watch the knife ride on Hong's knuckles. I have no idea how he feels confident using such a short blade doing this, I would be afraid I'd cut my knuckles. Mine is about an 1" taller, but my hands are also WAY bigger so that makes sense. What he shows is really not all that hard. He is extremely good at it, I can be nearly as fast but my accuracy is shamed by his speed with it. First two things anyone needs to learn when starting to cook. 1 - Knife skills. If you can't get your mise en place finished you can't cook, 2 - Appropriate use of Kosher salt. If you nail those two you will instantly become better than 99.9999% of cooks including many who work "professionally"

Hope so. I try to learn something new every time I step in the kitchen. As do I. Last time had me become furious with my cheap knives.I will puchase new ones sooner or later.JNot new ones, but new ONE. Start with the one you use the most. Hell even if you were spending $300 I'd spend 70%+ on one knife. 99% of my cuts are with a 10" Chef's knife. The next most important knife is a bread knife, but a $10 works. Can't cut bread with a chef's knife. After that a paring knife, but I do most paring work with my chef's knife...wouldn't recommend starting out that way though. What is your take on santoku knives? J Good for people who housewives, I dislike it as I use the tip of a knife quite often. They are usually shorter then a regular chef's knife. Chefknivestogo.com is a great website to order a knife from, and you can ask questions on their forum. Tip of the knife really shouldn't be used for much... I would never, never, never order a primary knife. Hell I wouldn't buy one that I haven't used significantly. I julienned 10lbs of carrots with different knives trying to decide which to buy. It HAS, HAS, HAS to be comfortable in your hands for you to be effective with it. To me this also means a knife that I can slice with without the need to look at my hands. The handle and blade have to work in conjunction to make this happen. THis is fundamentally my problem with the Santoku blade. Nearly impossible to do it with. They have a use for those with minimal knife skills, but I'd still avoid them as they don't teach you the right skills.

Ok, I will go check it out. Of course taking the pic bugged me so much yesterday I cleaned the jams and engine bay last night.

10" mid isn't required, but the Seas will be COMPLETELY overwhelmed. Of course so would 4 of them. Can't have output and bandwidth, just not possible. Exactly why PA systems use a bunch of drivers. More drivers, more complexity, harder to tune, and will never blend as well...but you'll get output. No way, no how would I EVER run a 10" driver for playing midrange. It doesn't gain you anything.

Everyone is ignorant about some things. Just have to be careful which ones you choose to conquer that as some burn time & money. Happiness or relaxation drive me usually.

Getting one to boot nearly instantly, restart playing whatever I was listening too, integrating with my phone, working on a touchscreen, having crossovers, access to the Radio, Pandora etc. Reminds me I still need to order the PAC steering wheel interface or something similar. Just need to grab that part of the CAN easily and convert it into any keystroke or resistive output and I'm golden.

You are going to cry when you see how easy mine is going to be. Will post pics as soon as the screen gets here. Actually want some finishing ideas, but until I mount it not sure yet what I have to finish. First crack will just be black paint, but longer term I'll probably wrap the whole dash and then clean up/integrate the mount even more. May go bigger on the screen then though as right now I am not willing to cut the dash to take time to do something. Go fast goodies first, PC though is gauges so I want that first. screen -> http://www.chalk-elec.com/?page_id=1280#!/~/product/category=3094861&id=14647624 You have to realize that I know jack shit about computers. Pretty much everything you guys talk about that has anything to do with computers, I am completely clueless on. I am not too interested in them either, so it's not worth it to me to even bother learning that stuff. Saving yourself a lot of headache. Indeed. My car would be boosted already if I didn't have to shop for pc shit.

Don't know what about 4/5 of those acronyms are. Is it a file comparator or a fresh backup each time? Compares data so you can restore from any date. Webdav is Microsoft's version of having network folders on a webserver, but MS sucks dick. Ftp basic protocol for transferring files to server, but the password is sent cleartext across the network as are the files so it's not good for sensitive data. File transfer through ssh is slower than ftp but it's encrypted so the days being transferred can't be read. I think amazon s3 is cloud storage. PGP is an encryption so the backups can be encrypted and saved on cloud storage and the data is still relatively safe. Amusingly I'd be backing up my Windows machine with Linux if I did that. At the moment I just do an image everytime I do anything major to it and then use Allways Sync to verify updated files once I update a bunch.

Most frontends don't really work so well in portrait mode as my dash is a bit unique compared to most cars. I expect that will change though over the next few years.
-
Unless you program the ac controls as well. If I keep the Caddy for a long time I will do that, but atm the complexity of creating a GUI that outputs to GM's CAN isn't really a high priority.
-
You'd have to do landscape though instead of portrait.
