That sucks. I am watching it with my computer and a bottle, err 2 of wine.
-
Can't now as they aren't all together and I am watching hockey atm.
-
Cabernet. Mmm. Someday remind me to shoot a shot of the corks I've saved since I moved in.

Time to make St Louis sing the Blues

So yes Mike, I can't afford $50 shorts but $600 worth of cheese, fuck yeah.
-
I realize it takes your chunk of cheese from $4 to $10 in the worst case, but holy shit. If it took it to $30 it'd be worth it. I am sure on a normal year we eat 30lbs of it.
-
It is a must in your staples of "easy" meals as well. Takes less time than it does to drive to McDonalds and back and SO MUCH better and better for you. There is one secret that kicks it up a huge notch. Parmesan cheese is for the garbage. Parmigiano-Reggiano on the other hand is worth eating 2x a day every day.

Crack and then pull with your fingers. Perhaps being a classical guitarist that motion is easy to me, but I'd expect if you wrench, hold a tattoo gun, etc... that it shouldn't be that my hands are more dexterous or strong.

Go buy 5 dozen eggs to use as a training exercise. Crack ALL of them with one hand. By number 40 you should be able to do it without using a second hand. Well worth the $5. Not for Carbonara but for anything.
-
That is SO MUCH slower than using your hands. Way, way, way. Plus cracking many eggs into one container isn't a good idea. Pain to crack them into one bowl and dump too. Just crack in your hand and 3 seconds later MAX it is in a bowl. UBER easy.

Share what you like and don't like. Even if you don't get great feedback the thinking it takes to prepare the post will help you more than you can imagine.

Probably my favorite thing to batter. Seriously. Of course, probably related to the comment above I made about herbs.

There is one good use for the goofy american bullshit though. It makes spectacular tempura.
-
Flat leaf parsley please, not that goofy american bullshit
-
I do it in my serving bowl as well btw

Adding to the pan is fine IF you don't have a rip roarin' pan (ie should be below the temp of the pasta when it goes in) and you stir like the dickens as it goes in. Any "cooked" egg that isn't cooked by the pasta will be gross.

I use the whites. If you want to separate just do it in your hands. Way easier to let the white slip through your fingers than ANY kitchen utensil. Fresh herbs are the king. Doesn't hurt to have something acidic with it as there is some fat to cut. In particular if you do crab first...

Carbonara gets the panties off quick. So does a good risotto. You will be plowing fields fosho! Carbonara it is!! I'm winging here Matt, not a dish I've made. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/tyler-florence/spaghetti-alla-carbonara-recipe.html Can I use crab for the protien? Need bacon or pancetta. Serve the crab as an appetizer. Didn't read the recipe, but generally have a lot of faith in Tyler. Should be fine.

apologies, though you were talking about Steve. Ha, no way.

Dude's fingering is horseshit. He is WAY faster than me, but about at his end for improving unless he steps it up and reconfigures his playing style. Lick isn't that hard btw. Oh but you are sadly WRONG Sean. The amount of articulation he shows in his expressing his imagination, thoughts, and manifestations is beyond incredible. ALMOST Divine. You would be doing yourself a great disservice not to watch this WHOLE video. I can highlight certain times if you don't have the patience. About the only point he actually plays is @2:00:00hrs, but the way he describes applying physics to life, AND playing guitar, is truly profound and inspirational. His ability to articulate himself reviles yours. Enough of my opinion, I would hope I spawned enough desire for you to watch. I was talking about the person talking and playing NOT Steve. The other video I'll watch later.

The problem with your math is units. You are left with RPM's if you divide CI * RPM/CI It is also weird to me that 3456/12 is 288 (almost 289...). Curious why a factor of 288 cuft is used. To get CFM you are going to have a "feet" on the top and minute on the bottom. Your equation has the minute on the bottom, but has revolutions and two sets of cubic inches....can't be right.

Steve on the otherhand. Fuck.
