Had a BMW 216d in Germany as a rental. With many bursts to over 100mph it still averaged about 75mpg. Really confusing these cars aren't sold here. And yes, FUCK YOU California.

Forgot they were still the simple bombproof 2.8. Here's a better pic than in the link. Tons of these in your price range. AWD where you live is a waste of money. Grab some el cheapo wheels and snow tires for $1500 instead. Puts you at about $20 with negotiating. Agreed on AWD. The wife does not drive in the snow and I usually drive the truck if needed. The wagon idea will not work for us. It does now, but it won't later. Sean, in your original post you recommended a SRX, CX-5 and XC60. What reasons made you choose those? The XC60 is a really nice rig. Made the list for obvious reasons. The SRX is actually nice as well. If a wagon won't work though it won't either....but of course EVERYTHING on your list is a wagon. Rav4/CRX have zero more space than a 3 series wagon. Sure you can stack shit higher, but that never works. Back to the list. You opted to peak at such boring cars as the CRX and Rav4 which IMO are worse than minivans. Figure the CX-5 which I found boring as hell might seem exciting to you. I couldn't deal with the interiors on the CRX or Rav for 10 minutes more or less owning one. I value driving dynamics though so it is hard for me to even contemplate the reasoning behind anything you are looking at. I mean seriously, if you buy a car that equivalently handles like a minivan but it is teeny why not just get the damn minivan now?

You will hate anything you are looking at now once you have kids. Across the board completely. You can't begin to predict the impact this has on your life...

that's okay I can't imagine writing letters

Quality 5 Channel Amp?
///M5 replied to Fonzi's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Tons of reasonable ones including used. I personally wouldn't pay retail for the ones you cited, but they are surely fine amps. -
I am probably the only one that pretty much recognizes all the cuts.....and I'm hungry. I do have some Wagyu strips in the fridge for dinner

Nice logic!

NVH is a bit better in a trunk car too.
-
Only one that looks "right" to me. The Cadillac looks ok too. The RS6 looks better in the Avant than in the Sedan. The rest worse, but not bad enough to be bad and good enough to be completely different. I generally keep nothing in the back of my truck either which makes a trunk car pointless.

In Silver.
-
Of course we won't get the RS6 Avant in the US So sexy.

but in this body style

Thanks Matt, I can not take credit for it. A family friend who is a professional has done all my daughter pictures. The biological and environmental portion you can. The photography, well thank him.

If I fit in no convertible I am going to have a hard time not getting a wagon.

One of the neighbors just bought an E63 Touring, it's fucking gorgeous.

sunny and nice here
-
so you told them net volume, port tuning and port area or did you tell them exactly what dimensions for everything? If not you were not specific enough.
-
Can't wait for the shock to 700hp, lol

I don't think it is fair to ask for your money back. It is however fair to make sure they deliver what you paid for, but I also think you may have misled them a bit in that regard. I've NEVER seen a shop not at least try to build what was asked for. Sure they might fail often, but the key word was try. In this case I think they built what you asked for. Not quite sure how it could be so confused otherwise. You are also probably in the wrong mode of expectation for what you can get out of the drivers you have. They aren't magic...

And probably by a lot
-
I'll give you a hint J, Matt's wives car is safer than your truck.
-
Same happens in the Escalade which is funny since it is a Silverado
-
I want an LS 8 series
-
Why do you assume that they are safer?
