    The first thing I'd ask yourself and your customers (second part is the critical part) is why they choose you to do the work. Once you've assemlbed a nice list I'd use some of it in the name.

    Just reading the names I was going to instantly veto all of them. Your friend's logic is sound though; however, S does nothing to fulfill it. You either have to use your first or last name. As for what follows, that I would carefully think about the demographic and what you will specialize in. The goal is to attract new customers beyond just word of mouth. Exactly why a name should be chosen IMO. That being said none of what you follow the S&T with differentiate you from any other shop. If you are going to specialize in hybrid or such you also have to be careful to not highlight it in such a way that you encourage people who don't like hybrids to also visit your shop. I like a play on that though as a catch phrase. Something like we specialize in technology so you don't have to have the work done twice. Just imagine if we are guru's on hybrids how well we can service your gas or diesel.

    This was built with a junkyard 5.3 and the whole build probably cost what the charger kit did from the above. Not that an AWD conversion isn't uber cool, just surprised they don't get a lot more out of it.

    I currently have 1 8" aero port and could always order up another. What software would you recommend? http://www.lineartea.../winisd-07x.exe On a wall how much port do you need size wise?the question isn't relevant. Wall or box with the same volume better act the same otherwise you didn't seal your wall for shit. Port size can NEVER be answered by a rule of thumb but only by modeing air velocity. As for what velocity is acceptable that depends on your tolerance for chuffing noises

    You should really rethink the turbo size. Running twin t66's at 8psi will be way far off from where you want to be on the map. And of course if you want to crank the psi on a pair of t66's you better have a king sized wallet to make that block live. It also doesn't correlate well with the 4l60e as a single T66 is enough to melt a built one, two will require a stage 3 or higher 4l80 to make it more than a few passes....if that. If not the T66's.. What would you think? It is not like I have to run full boost and I would have way headroom.. Headroom is NOT the goal of a turbo unless you like lag. Efficiency should be your goal. You size the turbo for power and then make sure you have enough motor to push it. ie, you need a power goal and details of the rest of your air pump to answer the which turbo question.

    Yes. Including a prototype that was a monster. Aaron an I have been around them while on display. Then at the end of the show they were demonstrating how quiet they are and how fast they could accelerate. Awesome car for sure. we've done a bunch of engineering work for them

    did it burn through your tympanic membrane? I actually don't have ear drums. I had ear problems as a kid and had so many surgeries that they have fallen apart. They tried reconstructing my left ear drum, but it collapsed again. It is hilarious when a new doctor looks in my ears! Seriously? How bad is your hearing??

    Had a family party for the 4th of july I have only called in 3 times in the 2+ years Ive been working thereI would probably write you up if you refused to come in for a shift you had been scheduled for. Don't agree to work if you can't/don't want to. Depending on if you lied about not comming in I would fire ya actually.Did you find someone to replace you or did you pass that buck too? You are a smart kid, don't let a shitty work ethic spoil your future. For the record, the amount of times you call in means so little. If you do it once when you are needed, it destroys any credibility you have earned. Yes someone filled in for me.And about the work ethic, I dont think any of you guys would be thrilled about working at Burger King for minimum wage, not making an excuse, just saying that it is not a "cool" job to say the least I see a ton of things wrong in the way you think.... 1. It's a holiday, if everybody made their plans in advance and the schedule was clear cut, you ended up changing other people's schedules and that's not cool 2. What do you do there to make more than the minimum wage? Is it really something that deserves more than minimum wage? 3. Apply to other jobs. There is no excuse. Day to day I hear people complaining about their minimum wage job, yet when they want to apply to a better job they lack motivation, they act like self-entitled potatoes. So, quit yer bitchin, suck it up and turn the ambition to 11 if you want to get somewhere. ...but....but.....but....he is California entitled.
