Should be able to book a private charter for that many people for $400-600. I would highly recommend a private boat. Finding the right boat is a bit more difficult.

GM Data Bus integration help
///M5 replied to hdrox88's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Just get the el cheapo one with the speaker included. Like $30 and keeps the chimes by playing them through it's own speaker and not your stereo. Doesn't sound as good, but they are fucking chimes. Not where I'd spend $100 extra. ....and yes I have one of said el cheapo's- 4 replies

What are you looking at?
-
It is you that are missing. There is so much right about that movie. Makes me feel sad how lazy most people are.
-
Yes. Overnight defrost on ANYTHING. It will take longer to raise out of the fridge. I normally allocate 4-8hrs.
-
Call it the Avista then. Only reason I want it to be a GNX is I want them to live up to the history. Will make me want the car more.
-
Different reason for me car shopping. Company leases me a different car in November. I am buying out the big ugly for $500 and it will continue to be mine. Just going to get something to drive around so what is mine doesn't depreciate any further. Since I won't need a truck as I own one it means I can get a car. Boys will be 7/5 at that time so when I retire whatever car I get they will be 10/8 so it is probably my last opportunity for 10 years to get a little car. "little"

2nd run of 1/0 worth it?
///M5 replied to nathan55's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
Doubtful. Depends on why. -
I rest mine for a few days in the fridge and then typically all day on the counter to warm up. If you can't get it to slide off you need more ball bearings. I use semolina for that. Water content should not soak into a well raised dough...

not rested enough if it snaps Not sure I understand your other question

Come on GM, build me a new GNX! I'd be all over a 4 door Avista with a TTv6

Best watched for aural stimulation while he drives.

Glad you are having a good time!
-
You are reminding me that I need another tune session in my truck. I set it all to center since I had a colleague in town. Need to bias it back towards the drivers seat! Let us know how the integration goes and what questions you have. First step is to see how high the mids play nice in your ears and how low the tweets can play. Then start to blend!

You revert!

Funny since the normal 5 series was worse than the M5. I realize more people crash the 3's, but nonetheless.
-
E36 will be cheaper to fix too....but they are REALLY old.
-
I'd also be surprised if you are cheaper to insure. Perhaps than the M3. The M5 was BY FAR the cheapest car to insure that I have ever owned. Was about 1/4 of the price of my Silverado.
-
E36 M will destroy your IS in the twisties. A better comparison is the 2.5L E36. Drifting in an E36 was a lot of fun. I miss mine!
-
How is that a problem. It's called a value proposition. High miles are no big deal when maintained.
-
They are. And insurance is cheaper than your truck

I can't quote MK on his cell phone comment. Keeps "Loading" ...but all I wanted to say is that I"ve never seen a Mobile Optimized Forum that I like. This one is SO MUCH better. I always go to normal mode and get pissed when others switch back to the mobile. The technique of making the desktop forum have a mobile feeling, but not be mobile handicapped is awesome.

I've tried to figure out how to make it work with my company lease, but it won't fly. Then I sat in the M5 and the new M3 and low and behold for the space I need the 3 is bigger. WTF BM'er?
