Umm, buy the rims. At that price you can't really say no. Even if you just buy them and sell them on Ebay. Or better yet, sell your current set for $ to buy tires. If you want a kickazz mouse, the Razer Diamondback is sweet. I have one of those and one the Microsuck new Intellimouse cordless and the Razer is WAY more accurate, super light, and works better than any I have ever used.

Happy Birthday, go out and do what you normally wouldn't.

No its real, they play 20Hz to 20kHz. Of course with -110dB at 20Hz and -90dB at 20kHz. Sounds great though. They are for sale in the classifieds right next to "Used car, low miles, fully loaded, runs great, needs engine, $3300"

Sorry to hear about the door fandango. They had me a bit confuzzled after I pulled the skin off, so I haven't even decided what components to run yet.

Aye. I'd send five of our boneheads out to have a line brawl. Then you'd like it. If you moved anywhere near here you'd sit in the press box (free beer and food). Then you'd like it. You'd see me freak out and throw water bottles and sticks on the ice when a bad call is made. Then you'd like it. Boneheads are sweet

Personal Banners for SSAudio

Hey Denim, what do you use for software to do them? The stupid version of Photoshop that I have won't let me do transparent overlays so the one I tried to make looked like chit. -
Are you worried about the building or the design? There are a multitude of people on this board that could sell you the design, the building you could then either farm out to someone or do it yourself. Oh, and I 2nd what Eldorado said but would add that the owner and support of SS is above and beyond all others as well. Enjoy the SS's!

You NEED 35 sq inches of port area. More is okay, less is not. Depending on your location there might be someone here who would build/sell you a box or no matter where you are you could buy a design here and then you would know you are right and you could have some locals put it together for you. Definetely worth the minimal money to make sure it is done right.

Me neither (or never) but I am watching and watching for the newer body style E55 AMG to drop in price. I can't believe they are still in the 50k range, when they hit 28 I might be broke.

Pretty much. Those doors are deceiving...plenty of clearance behind the panel to the window, but almost no clearance in the front. I'm having to sand and shave the MDF baffles down to reallly tight tolerances to get the speakers not to hit the front panel. That's my project for tomorrow when I'm not catching up with a week's worth of work Jim, You'd be a god to me if you would either post pics or email me some. I want to do a "budget" active 2 way in my doors. Not sure what drivers I am going to use yet, but seeing what you are doing would help a lot. After installing the system in my M, I just can't handle the stock she-i-o anymore in the truck. I don't drive it much, but when it is crappy out (often enough in MN) I need to.

I am a little wary of the C's, know a few people that have had rather bad luck brand new off the lot; but I'd go to Spain to go for a drive.

Hey since your here, congrats on the job. More money per hour worked is always better, even for less money that and sales has more upward mobility.

ND: Pilsner Urquell, don't think they make a light

and if she is like mine, she doesn't like being teased.

I do have powdered milk, but not creamer. The wife is making brownies to keep the oven on though. Just asked her if we had any and she asked, "for your beer?" LOL

Think it is about 15deg F outside, but have managed via fire to get the house up to 65 from barely over 50 when I got home
-
not much outside here, but went 80 miles NW this weekend and chased a fresh 6" on the sled
-
Jim, are your doors the same as the ones in my truck? 95 F150. Seems to have a 6.5 up real high, not sure what I want to put up there or what to buy for tweets.
-
Thanks, since you showed me yours here is mine.

Or roughly translated to other Euro-cultures: Ian or John

Need beer and the darn fridge is 20' away

You need someone to discharge on

Maybe instead of fixing my furnace I should figure out what cheap stuff to put in the truck

I choose not to crap
