Why put it in an already fast Cobra? I'd prefer to see it stuffed into an old classic and since it was a rear engine car....Ford Pantera FTW!

Or at least use the e-brake for turning in the snow. Woot! Sounds to me like a Master C, pretty unusual to lose just a caliper and have absolutely no brake force anywhere else. In your car the rears and fronts should be a separate part of the master though, which would mean if you lost a caliper that only half of your brakes wouldn't work. Is the pedal really, really stiff? If so, you may have just lost your booster. Attached to the MC is a vacuum pump that adds to your braking power--brake booster. If this goes and you have disc brakes anywhere on the car your pedal will get really firm. How did it feel as they went out. A classic MC going out will allow you to stop, but as you sit at the stop sign your foot goes closer and closer to the floor. If it is just bleeding, your car has been neglected for a long time. Your brake pedal would have felt pretty darn mushy before it went out. Good luck!

A review will follow please. Looks nice and I am sure they will pair nicely with an Rlp or Rls. -
All truck cabs are a little different and prone to sweet spots. What make and model is it? Someone might have tried in one...

Being the subs "optimal" enclosure size is where you started I don't think you will gain anything. Also, as Denim states the power handling of the sub goes down the larger the enclosure you put it in which might make you lower where your gains are set to keep from damaging the driver--of course it might be fine as adding the amount of "perceived" airspace by stuffing might not make all that much difference. It will make the sub feel like it is in a larger box, but maybe not that much larger. I guess, I wouldn't bother but it isn't that hard to yank the sub and try it out.

How is the install going?

Updated pics??

Do you just split the length of the second port length between the 2? I've changed my box plans (2 seperate chambers with their own port) But I'd still like to know for future installs. I think you are onto something with the 2 separate chambers. No funny questions there.

You obviously don't have much of a winter in SoCal, steelies are pretty normal up here for snows. I just see the winter as a good excuse to buy summer rims! Kraut.

I used to have a Physics prof who played obscure Grateful Dead bootlegs during tests and labs. At least they were all from before 77 when they were still a real jam band. Tripped out a bunch of the class though.

If no one was looking I might have to take the engine home.....honest, I found it sitting on the side of the road I didn't know it belonged to anyone.
