    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

Lifting the ass is weight dependent, the front geometry. I use clipless pedals which help, but have no problems getting a couple feet off the ground with flat pedals as well. Twist your wrists and rock you weight forward, the ass will follow.

To me the most important spec is stack. I need the bars up high as I am not flexible and my legs are so damn long that fitting on a normal bike I end up with my bars 8" below my seat which is NOT comfortable. For you with a long torso reach would be. Sure slackness effects the overall reach, but just having a long distance from the Bottom Bracket to the bars will be huge in you not feeling cramped. You like downhill bikes, they are slack... CS you will notice more on flat ground when you try to pull up the front wheel.

I am curious as to your reactions. My headtube is like the Moonlander not the ICT. I don't care about slack though. Perhaps it is a bike size thing, but I've never been on a fat bike I thought was twitchy period. I do much prefer short chainstays, but I like to be in the air and it takes way less effort to manual a short cs bike. That all being said it isn't like some effort is bad for me anyways. Rode 18mi last week to Aidan's soccer camp pulling him on a trailer. That is a workout.

They are supposed to be here this week. Came in last Thursday and in final test they smoked a driver Thought they shipped last week....you are making me want to call!
  5. SPL and musical are two polar opposites. Have to choose your compromise. ie, the loudest setup is the peakiest which is the opposite of musical which has a flat response.

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

Once you know what you like it is easy to nearly buy blindly from the list above. Obviously double checking your size and knowing what the compromise is helps a ton.

The ice cream trucc will get shorter in your size The list above included these in XXL instead of XL. Forgot to warn you about that. Jagamoasta El Gordo Huraxdax Moonlander Ice Cream Truck

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

I have long chainstays but had to compromise for a higher bar since I am so long legged. Long chains work great in the winter though as they float easy

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

Slacc is what you are used to Short chainstays are fun Stacc is the bar height Reach is the top tube corrected for seat/head tube length - long upper body needs a big reach

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

Those are all for the XL frames, but normally the geometry stays the same and just shrinks. Some exemptions as the larger frame naturally deals with geo a bit different. They try to have the frames ride mostly consistent.
