I like #6 or #2 but without the bass/treble clef signs.
-
Those look sweet, nice vinyl too!

Not fair, the maroon was has been buffed this century while the black...but from those I do like the maroon. And as you say it'd be great to have a ho 'cause then she could buff your car.

I am trying to read and catch up but I have boobies in my face so I am going to do it later.....
-
Umm, I didn't do it for looks....but I agree whole heartedly. If it doesn't shorten the throw, how is it a short shifter????
-
Drinkin' down some Margarita's...have some Fajita's in the oven, sampling chips and salsa/queso. Gonna be a riot at my house tonight.
-
It should, I almost put an M3 shifter in but the M Coupe had the shortest throw so it is out of one of those. $35 for the lever few bucks for the various bushing crap and voila cheap short shifter. Not the $300 kind from UUC.

And the bummer is I have a ripped boot, which I cannot get until Monday. It really is only sort of a bummer, I test drove the car while you can see the ground and WOW does the engine sound wicked inside. Made me tear off a bunch of miles from my snow tires...can't wait until my summer tires come in.

Alright Tom here they are, not super exciting but I took some: Removing old shifter Old shifter removed: The new and the old: New shifter installed:

PM Mike or email him off their site and I am sure he will give you a quote.

What's up? And yes Tom the M5 engine prices are absurd, just hope mine stays ok. Pics are uploading to crapfile right now.
-
Since the garage is clean I am off to install the short shifter as long as my exhaust isn't still unbearably hot.
-
Again, nice. I have a few mostly gone 5 gallon pails with plenty to seal 'er up.

steals another TOP

holy chit man, that's for just a stock long block? And that's for a cheaper aftermarket, straight from BMW it is closer to $15k
-
Decided to make a hamburger before working on the car... As for crown molding, I am just about to order crown molding for a room and the mantle I am building. Thanks for the pics Elias, I am broke at the moment but still have a itch to get it.
-
Good idea, there is a good spot underneath the dash in a corner. Will act as a "rain shield" that way as well.
-
Oo, can't pass on a TOP though.
-
Ah, I see. Indeed it is sort of useless to me. When it is huge I am good for 1 ticket otherwise I'd rather choose where to spend my cash. Elias you have a pic of the Eclipse? *goes off to clean garage* Later.

I like the car and the effort on the install, but it is funny to me to see subs with asses like that mounted IB and the front imaging setup so unusual. I wouldn't like the Orange, except since it was popular and near stock at the time. Fitting for the car, and the addition of the black helps tame down the orange. I am not much of a Chevy guy, but have always liked that era of Camaro's. I'd way rather have Ramos's muscle car any day though.

what do you mean "over the lottery"
-
I am procrastinating. Have to clean the garage and then pull in the beast and install the shortshifter...hopefully the energy will come. Started a thread in the subwoofer section. SIck of my buddies crap ass system in his boat and going to give him my w0's to use since I won't be using them for anything. Really not sure on porting for this beyotch since it is not in a cabin and I don't think I should push for a SQ system but something with more of a focus of being heard since it is just for gettin' down when we are on the lake. Next I will have to get him to listen to better music, but at least I can bring CD's.
