I am gonna go catch a little idiot box action.

Decent solid state preamps are in the $100 ballpark. I'm looking at a Parasound half-rack space unit, or one made by Creek...plenty of options around that pricetag. As soon as I move, hopefully soon, we will have this discussion again GlowBug.

My uncles old DynaWG had an S&S 113 and NOS, it pretty much humped. My bet is by the end of the summer he'll have a 124 in his Road King...I keep taunting him about his puny stock motor, I actually think 3 of his 4 cars are faster.

I wish I hadn't sold my other SL Jim, I'd have given you a sweet deal. Mine currently sits in a box as I still haven't put the money aside for getting a pre-amp but someday my vinyl collection will return.

Hey I live right in the rust belt, and the last shot of my car you saw it was wearing snow shoes....

Thanks! I looked at the BBS's too, but they were $500 more each for not all that much weight savings.

Thanks. The sizes and offsets are actually stock 1995 M5 (Europe only), needless to say there isn't any extra room in the wells but you are right in that the angle of the shot is exaggerating it. It would look better if the front were a little lower IMO, but it isn't possible without disturbing the handling. All in all I am pretty satisfied.

Ohh...thought it was in MPH at first I was like...damn, Steve... It is! Car is nameless at the moment. Quite frequently referred to as "the beast"

Yes it is, staggered rims. 8" fronts, 9" rears both wearing 245/40/18's. According to the guys who track these that setup brings the most neutral handling out of any setup. 265's in the rear make her understeer...

Tom, Here are a couple slightly better shots, sitting in my driveway but there was a little break in the rain so I thought I better use the cam. As soon as I have my centercaps, she will be all cleaned up and I will find a more scenic background for some real shots. As Aaron might say, not too bad for 17 year old paint.

It normally is I think I'm doing 90 and look down and its a buck ten.

For me the oopsie happens a bit earlier (on a bike)

Scott, you gave up on our game.

I read 162, and of course being stuck with our non-metric system was thinking holy chited death wish. That is fast on a bike, 100mph is still real quick but not quite as insane.

Sorry Ryan that sucks.
