And unlike in Philly, you don't need cheese to make your beefs taste good when you get one there.

None of this nonsensical upside down pizza stuff in Chitown.

Italian beef and a real pizza ftw!

I prefer inboards as well...hopefully next year I can get another cruiser but I have to sell the house first.

Sorry to hear that, they have a tendency to actually move a bit easier with an engine.

Yep, I have sausage fingers some days,.

Not as bad as pulling off I/O drives. I used to have a 30' Sea Ray Sundancer and rebuilt both outdrives. Putting the frigging exhaust boot back on took longer than the rest of it. Mine comes off with 7 bolts and a little linkage pin, uber easy.

Can't you just get a conversion kit of sorts? Pulling the bottom half off an outboard is teh easy.

How are those jet drive outboards for putting power to the water?

Bottom dredging with your prop is the best.

It is a boat, goes fast, fishes well and you are of course welcome to come up and make me take you out as well. At nearly 3000lbs it was fun to push her back into the water.

Ya I know my boat is teal, but it was a GREAT deal. I have had it for five years and could still sell it for a few grand more than I paid.

A true redneck would get going full tilt and then shut off the motor and coast over those spots. Of course that can lead to trouble. Of course that leads to something like this: Oops. My buddies lake is really, really shallow. You have to use the trolling motor for getting close for about three houses....or just get a run at it and coast in. In this case, I coasted in a bit aggresively.

My boat will do about 67, it eats lakes in the process.
