That is where my cable company is, actually they are in Mound, MN which is about a block out of Spring Park and a mile from Mtka Beach.

wow, hopefully soon I will be near there. Minnetonka Beach IMO is about the coolest place to live here, but I know I can't afford it. Those two burbs basically touch each other since MBeach has about 100 homes and S Park is next to it. Both are about 5 miles from me.
