    The EVIL 6.5" Midbass

You left out the word uneducated in front of the kids. I competed with home audio drivers in the 80's. As for your last question about audio shops, that answer is simple. They are typically full of uneducated people who have zero idea about audio and are paid to make a quick sale and not actually help a customer.

You should. Their blood sausage is better than Kramarczuks... Their tasting menu is usually fun as well. They also have one of the best coffee's in town.

Just as much as the Alpine F1 Status set using a home audio mid. In general home audio drivers are a better choice when run active even in a car. Car audio companies typically rebadge, copy and bastardize to get the price down so they can include a crossover as well.

NY has great fine dining options...but spending $100+ on dinner every night iisnt reasonable. The big easy has some too but are generally mediocre and really over priced. The south in general though has shit food so it isn't hard for Chicago to wallop those cities.

I lived there for almost 4 years and averaged driving 70k+ mi per year while I was there. I actual prefer to drive in Chicago. Amusingly I've only ridden the El 1x and that was during a visit after I moved away. You are right about the regionalization of the bad areas. It is REALLY easy to avoid them in Chicago. 20 years ago that wasn't the case, but now it is very.

Milwaukee is a great city as well. Kills most of the South, but WI is indeed the S of N.

    Welcome to the IHoP v.2

Every city, lol? No way. Chicago normally is about 10th on the liberal lists, gun laws are irrelevant in ranking a city in particular to someone who doesn't have one like me, unemployment rate is higher than white collar towns but not out of line with most, the murder rate is lower than Atlanta, Baltimore, Memphis, Miami, Newark, Oakland, Pittsburgh, Detroit, St Louis,Cincinatti All of your statistics are rather old. Sure 25 years ago that may have been the case, but it is far from today. I would also state your arguments are statistics and not things that change the standard of living.

You are also comparing a world city to Minneapolis which is barely bigger than a town. We are so sprawled it is painful. For urban sprawl we have what is as good as it gets anywhere though.

You do realize that for metropolis's with over 1mil residents our average commute time is WAY faster than any other. Chicago does get slowed down in rush hour, but outside of that you can fly. Judging any city based on experiences before you were of drinking age is funny....
  23. Again you cannot read. I didn't give you a hard time about owning JL, but paying for them and implying they are the second coming of god. All along I told you I've owned a bunch of JL. None of it have I bought new though. I replaced those amps with something you all a POS and you can't tell other than I have a shit ton more space now. The sad thing is everyone else answered your question. Aaron gave you some detail that was way beyond your question, but of course we all know that was your whole intent with making the thread. Your only interest is to stir the pot. You have no desire to learn. You've proved that over and over again.
