Electronically limited to 211 mph, lol.

Lets do the twisties
-
Pretty big if for VJ.

So are the Fostex 126, but I think you'll get more midbass out of the TB. The 126 would make a great hippy chick speaker. Acoustic guitar and female voices work well in its range.
-
The TB's are extremely cheap
-
They don't sell TB or Fostex over there??

Oops hit alt-s too fast: or http://www.madisound.com/catalog/product_i...roducts_id=1264 or http://www.madisound.com/catalog/product_i...products_id=269 or if the 4.5 is really too big: http://www.madisound.com/catalog/product_i...products_id=268

How about a good 4" full range? This http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cf...tnumber=264-817 or http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cf...tnumber=264-828

why a 4" and a coax???
-
Interesting, but if I go 6 I want 8 so that I can use it for the front stage only That would work for now, but the $900 price is quite a painful stretch.

130 Rev's have now been sold by Madisound in the past five days. Their stock on the cheap ones is gone.
-
Better. I am getting a bunch more call backs and initial interviews now. Although I am still not where I want to be, which is employed and working. If you want any coaching, give me a call I'd be glad to help.
-
You need a preamp then too. Budget?
-
How is the job search coming?

Great looking truck and install. I knew I should have bought one of those.

Going shopping friday...need some input.

Actually a 7, but yes the Reed cone. I was the first one to actually hold one in the car audio world. All of the information that I shared came direct from Seas through the guys at Madisound. I drove through their last Friday, stopped to buy a pair but realized the Revs were on a sick sale so I ended up with them instead. I am going to yank the W18E out of my car and build some bookshelves for home and needed a replacement. I was sold on the E's from their specs alone, but couldn't say no to the Rev's either. I don't think I'd consider it being a guinea pig in that it is Seas who stated they are trying to release a driver with the low end response of the CA, but with a more detailed midrange. Personally it was what I was going to use, but I already own the CA and won't buy two sets of any one driver as I'd rather have the variety to compare things with. -
I really feel like blowing off work for the rest of the day...

I'd view the hassle as a bonus if it covered the payment at least. I'm old remember My house is paid for , I own it outright . Rent it. Nice job on paying it off. I could do that in a few years, but I am moving which means I will never pay it off

rofl. Dalucifers does. When I was there I think there were 8 cats living in a cage. Maybe more, maybe less I am allergic so I didn't spend that much time there. Just enough to see the pile of 100 or so TC drivers.

Dammit, I can't find plans for the BK10 Fostex enclosure anywhere. I want to build a pair for my sister in law who is big time into female vocal hippy guitar music crap. The staging for that sort of music is incredible on them and the pair would cost me less than $100. Her cheap ass amp could power them too.

Probably smells like cat pee though like the rest of his garage.
