Just preparation for the future, I hate doing something and then feeling later like I should have taken it one step further. Also you know me, overdo what I can...captain overboard. What you say is 425lbs I was under the impression was closer to 700 which also makes a rather large difference, 50 lbs I wouldn't be concerned with and am now much more excited about the 4.6. The main reason I was going to go aluminum on the 351 was to have a bottom end that is bulletproof, a Dart cast isn't that much cheaper than an aluminum so once spending a couple g's on a block why not. Of course a functional 4.6 is way easier to find or for that matter a 5.4 out of a Navi or something.

Or at least the 1971 JAES reprint.

EQ has to unless you have one for each output of the x-over.

stealership maybe ? try here : http://www.remotesunlimited.com/MakeModelSearch.aspx and here : http://www.keylessride.com/order/chooseveh...remoteyear=2000 Thanks, but $90 is steep.

From the great interweb I have been led to believe that the 4.6L is heavier than a 460 cast when fully assembled...but you have stemmed my curiosity.

Nice attention to detail. Enjoy that little beast!

There are actually a large number of technical papers regarding the speaker industry, in fact pretty much all of the developments in the industry have been written about this way. Since you are writing a thesis you should have access at your school to the JAES (Journal of the Audio Society) and can source all sorts of different information that will help narrow your thoughts down. By thesis, I assume you have to do some unique research and paging through what is available should help.

Top right hand of your screen by My Controls. You will also see the little pinned icon changed to the left of a topic if you haven't seen the latest post on it.

That was my original intent and then I sat in one. You remember how big I looked in your car, I don't really get in it I put it on. If I was smaller my only choice would be a 1969/70 The older ones aren't really any bigger and I really want to build something to put some serious miles on. This will be the car I drive whenever I am not: drinking, towing the boat, or parking anywhere suspect. Part of the reason it needs a backseat is at some point I will have to carry at least one kid around with me as well. Of course, the stang is bigger than the Pantera which I was going to cut up as well but I'd love to fit in some seats that are really comfortable. Perhaps a set out of one of those Mark's you have, with some air bladder bolsters out of a SHO or other car to hug you when really hitting it. Currently to get into a stang without a tilt wheel it requires all sorts of contortionist motions plus I only fit in one way which doesn't let you fidget around at all on longer drives. My goal is to put near 10k on it a year so that doesn't sound like as much fun. I am still trying to figure out a way around that though. Dammit why couldn't I be normal sized!!

All women are freaky you just have to bring it out of them. i don't know what is wrong with her, most boring ever. beds are for sleeping, why is that so hard to understand? Please her in a way she hasn't been before and then take it to another level, it should open her eyes.

Since I am whoring up the hop, this intrigues me as well (obviously a different color) but I'd love to see a custom grill as I stated in my original post http://www.lateral-g.net/members/habet/habet.jpg edit: stupid images keep disappearing

As for the 4.6 it is heavy My original goal was to do exactly that and buy a Mark VIII and utilize the IRS and engine mating it to a T56 in a stang. However the amount of fabwork required is WAY beyond my welding skills and while my brother-in-law is a professional welder he is also lazy so I'd have to pay him to do it all. It would be cheaper than a shop, but I don't want to push it all that far. If the world works perfect I will buy this fall and be driving next summer.

Money and ease, if I bought a running GTO engine I'd keep it FI but if I built one I wouldn't. I don't really want to deal with transplanting a computer and such but probably would especially since I plan to use a charger.

Stereo for said car: touch screen molded in dash with either car pc or H701, 3 way front stage, and dual as big as I can IB sub stage. I'd like to mold the mid, all new gauges and the screen into the dash, tweet probably on the a pillar and 8's in the doors.

Now I have to go to Chicago to get a ride in one of Schwartz's cars and need someone to buy my damn house!!!

I have around $15 + the M5 which is somewhere in the $15-18 range so I am not very far off. Out of the $40, $8 was for paint which doesn't have to happen right away

Stance would be similar to this: this is actually on that chassis
-
This: Plus this: Plus (includes 6 spd): Plus my powerdyne charger and some rims and tires will conservatively be less than $40k

I didn't realize there was an iron LSX either.
