Maybe , I just forked out some dough on an h701 though You bastards and your fancy processors are making me feel inadequate.

Your allowed to be long winded here, but you have to do it in multiple posts.

I love the comment, "nothing you would normally want".

3kHz has a 1/2 wave of 2.24" which corresponds to 166us, while not a lot I would still rather dial in my processing utilizing a phase swap than extra t/a.

Either way the advice you get on here will be much better than where I met you. Enjoy your stay!!

I guess you know better than we do.

Makes me need to get up to Winnipeg and do a comparo in the truck with the CA's. I am sure that Mark would get a kick out of that.

That isn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be

Umm, no its not. Regrettably son you have just built a box that will be better suited to start a fire than hold subs. You need to go back and buy MDF. start a fire, my current box for my t215 is made out of particle board and it pounds the shi* out of my car never had a problem with it and i've had it for more than a year. When ever i get the subs mounted in and everything done ima upload a video so everyone can watch it if it doesnt sound good its ok at least i tryed ((((((( thanks everyone for ur great help on desinging my box )))) I wasn't bashing you for trying, but you really should have asked a bit deeper when going into something you don't know how to do. It is great that you tried, and almost succeeded but regrettably particle board is no where near a viable solution for a sub box.

I actually meant cost, but knuckle banging is fun

For MB myself as well.

yep , it's on there . Waiting to get the new steering either tomorrow or Friday . nope the chitbox won't even budge the 20' . My brother in law has a truck that I used New steering? Didn't the old beast come preset for hydraulic? yep , but the cylinders are frozen solid . We tried for several hours to unfreeze them to no avail That sucks. How bad are they to replace?

You were using those wimpy 5.25 inch'ers before though. Those "wimpy 5 1/4's " have sent many people looking for the other drivers . I know they have, but was pleased to see your comment on the Mli's. Lack of midbass is my pet peeve and from previous comments from others on here I was led to believe that the wimpy guys you had before were perhaps better than they are. I couldn't imagine how they could even come close to the CA's, but you never know. I have always viewed the mach's as the cheap CA alternative and your response justifies my reaction a bit. I haven't heard them yet, but perhaps I will get out your way one of these days.

Get the motor hung on your boat yet? **thinks outloud Do you tow that 20' with the chitbox??

Although I wouldn't call it a "big" v8 unless you just mean from the size of the casting.
