TACO JOHNS!!!! (yes, i know this is against everything that you like) If I needed fast food that would actually work. Looking for a bit more of an experience than just a meal.

Weird feeling. Where does one go to dinner in his own town when he is alone? On the road its easy since I really can't cook in a hotel, but I feel free right now to do whatever the hell I want so what is it?

Even the burn isn't particularly fun.

headunit help
///M5 replied to joe dirte's topic in Amplifiers / Head Units / Processors / Electrical
I'll make it easy for you: Alpine 9813,9815,9835, 9855, 9856, 9887 Eclipse 8053, 8443, 8454, 8455, 7000/7100 Pioneer 9800, 880prs There are others to, but one of those would be a good choice. -
With fg I am guilty of that as well. Resin on lots of arm hair sucks.

I've got the house to myself for the next three days. The W is in SC for a meeting. First business trip ever and the airlines lost her bag. She isn't happy.

Send me $97 and we have a deal I might be making a PE or Madisound order before I come down, so I can bring it back. Something along the lines of a retarded amount of wideband drivers for an array of some sorts. You mean you might be having me make an order?
-
That is a pretty big budget fluctuation, but either way you are going to have a hard time getting much response as most people who have a Soundsplinter haven't run out and bought a new AA.

Those I get at the 3M store, but by the pound.

wimp. Mechanix style gloves rock btw. Completely love them. (not for getting greasy though)
-
I try and have everything I need for projects on hand before the project. Look at it as an excuse to spend money at PE.
-
What do you need them for anyways ? I no longer have any. My brother just built a house and I used them up. I am not installing anything at the moment.
-
They do have those locally, but 10 for $2-3 instead of 50. Shipping eff's it up, but if I spend some more dough the problem is solved.
-
I usually use disposable gloves I just didn't really want to do it alright? So lazy I had them throw rotors and pads on since the wheel was off. Of course, it would be self defeating to do it as well since I get reimbursed since it is a work truck.

"A Basic Guide to Crossovers" and other things
///M5 replied to flakko's topic in Technical Info & How To's
That is a lot of prose for basic, but I must admit I haven't read it. Why, see the first part of the last sentence. -
Bolted in with my last box, current one is just using copious amounts of normal velcro. After all it is in the trunk.
-
Why some 7's and some 6.5's?? Out of that list nothing compares to the ER even close. Same with the HDS on the tweet. There are things that will be you are downgrading accross the board there in pretty much all aspects.

never had trouble with all the grease from when i worked on the excavator. i used some "soap" mercedes has in their assembly line. it's not very liquid-y and has some small particles on it. works like magic yeah, the soap with pumice bits in it is really good for grease/oil new batch coming in soon i love that stuff as much as i love getting dirty I use some sand from the beach and palmolive dish soap. Gojo and all that crap don't work, are hard on your hands, and smell like hell.
-
Where do you buy these? http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cf...tnumber=095-560 Or what can I buy from PE that is $97 since I don't want to pay shipping.
-
Except that I paid $7.99 for mine on sale someplace.

Time to crack out a 10mi jaunt to the shop where the truck is getting a new wheel bearing. The ride I don't mind and yes I was too lazy to do the bearing, I hate the damn smell of gear grease adn it never comes off your hands. Only so much time in the day for projects as well.

I hope I never need your services.
