Super simple. Metrology 101. A measurement is only valid to within some uncertainty. Publishing said uncertainty is a prerequisite to the validity of any measurement and they don't do it. If they did, everyone would laugh which is why they don't.

I personally would use Win ISD pro and model port velocity, but also verified a bunch of the SSA designs and they were all great.

My Intel NUC takes about 5 seconds to start up. Music is playing by the time I back out of the garage. Would be a bit faster if I had it turn on automatically, but I was having a problem with that and yanked the wire and added a switch. Reminds me I need to rewire that option.
