As a rough generalization, effect should be used as a noun or an adjective while affect is typically a verb. Thus, Aaron would have that sort of effect on women. Thanks, I just somehow forget which is which and then switch them around.

Actually I am curious as to your acquisition as well.

What are you using for a distance/velocity sensor Neil?

Except the only fields in the Netherlands are either tulips or marijuana. Non-stop city, but it is really, really cool. Do realize that Amsterdam has been a global port city for as long as people have had boats. It is about as strategic a stopping place in Europe that you can have. Brings a crazy, fun aspect to the table and some really interesting architecture and culture.

I am sure I screwed up the whole affect effect thing I get wrong always
-
You have that affect on people, especially women.
-
Also, what all are you looking to test?

The PE one is probably your best bet. Do you have a bunch you need to do or just a single one?

Advice, direction, whatever. I am referring to what you pick up on versus what you don't. You grab useless information and ignore the info that would be useful. You come up with ideas that have somehow been planted in your head and then misapply them. To me it seems most of the people you discuss audio with are leading you down a really bad path. Even in this thread, you made the comment "he said just wall it" or something along those lines. At that point you should have stepped back and realized perhaps who you were speaking with might not really know what is best for you. And of course, your driver selection is absurd but there seems to be a large group of people in your area doing it. Somewhere along the line you are getting "insight" from someone. Hell I remember when I proposed the pro audio drivers in the first place and you weren't really sure what they were, even still by no means was I saying to use eminence, selenium, bullets, or long throw tweets in any installation it was only a comment on getting loud. You heard the loud part and ignored the rest and then went off to installation hell and ignored every logical audio rule in the book.

I have a whole stack of fender covers left over from the dry cleaners. None of them are "sweet" but they do the job.

Good for handling in cars, not necessarily a good thing in a truck if you ask me.

Even after the "bbq" wings

Conveniently he didn't point out that Ford & Dodge use local diesels...

Do you really plan to run around town with your system playing full tilt sine waves? Music is dynamic and estimating current draw will not really get you the answer you are looking for. A better question to pose would be to outline what other gear you have, how large your alternator currently is and ask what you should do to reinforce your electrical system to support it.

I have to say you also seem to keep getting advice from very questionable sources so of course we have to assume & expect the worst.

If you come for a Wild game there will be hope that I still have it as I can't imagine it disappearing real fast in the winter...all depends on the house really.

If I sell it by then, I will have something else for you to listen to. Should have some home audio things worked out by then as well
