i think its craqp What are some good imports for me to get for friday night? Just some off the top of your head if you could, there is a liquor store here with a lot of imports so I might get lucky on finding something there. what do you actually like? Honestly, I don't know. Normally I drink bud light/coors light/something along those lines. Rather a fan of the local red ale, and wheat beer though. The scope of my beer experience is a very narrow and dark path. I do have some beers brought back to me from the Czech Republic that I need to drink sometime. The only good Boulevard is the wheat, funny you should say so.

and let me guess, you sell it? We haven't even touched on vibrations yet Since they are dynamic it is by default a vibration whether the measurement be done in displacement, velocity or acceleration that explains it we've only done dynamics on a very basic level That is all I do all day everyday.

I'm sure your way of doing it is way cooler than what we do in my unbelievably boring Solid Mechanics labs Are you laying gauges? I've help lay more than one or two gauges on concrete specimens. We just use lasers. Can measure the stress, strain, and lamb waves if you find either stress or strain, the other is pretty damn easy to get no clue what a lamb wave is though It is very possible to find strain and have no stress. Think of the edge of a plate being stretched in one direction... how can there be strain but no stress? They're proportionally related through Young's Modulus. Not true. For an infinitely small defined structure like a wire I agree, but not so with a plate.

That looks like a roast and not a steak. Unfair since I dropped 6 bills on three of us for dinner at Carlos & Johnny's. Theres places where food costs that much!?!?!!!??!!!!! Holy crap, thats about half of what my truck is worth. Looks like a rib steak maybe... I dunno, not something I'd eat. T-bone & sirloin, thats it. Mind you, I've never bought a steak at a grocery store, all grain fed right from the farm. With that bone structure it is not a "steak". Chuck steaks are not steaks but roasts.

lamb waves are the propagation of energy through a structure, you can imagine that if you hit a piece of concrete with a hammer the wavelength of energy will travel through it. It is far from trivial to measure or model. There is only one thing in the world I know of that is capable to measure them actually.

I haven't ever tried a beer that I liked period, more of cocktail/mixed drinks person. But this is far cheaper and is at least palatable... You should try some real beers

i guess i dont understand. can someone explaine it in such a way as an SPL nut can get it ? without the sarcassim ? i thought it was a nice setup ? i lisened to you before and my HU problem was resolved... i went with the Alpine 9887 cant remember if i thanked you or not:) but if not i can get it i just have never been involved to know what is required of an SQ system. SQ while subjective can be considered a perfect response. By perfect I don't mean flat, or technically the same from one to another as we all have different transfer functions in our ears, but perfect is a good word. The music should be reproduced exactly as mixed in a very natural way. Typically having more than one driver playing any (non-stereo) frequency range in a car is a no-no. And of course critically the front stage must blend with the sub/s in such a way that you cannot tell there are subs in the car. Note I didn't say that there isn't a nice lower register in the music being played, but you should not be able to tell that it is coming from a sub and it should be perfectly integrated into your soundstage. My money on this guys install is that he is an SPL nut, but wanted it to sound loud and good but got advice from the wrong people. There are a lot of things wrong with his install. It is very possible through some rather crafty installation skills and processing that it is indeed setup in an SQ manner, but I highly highly doubt it.

booooo Ford You see the quality report? Ford passed Toyota this year at 93% and the Toy's in the 80's. GM couldn't even break into the 50's...
