Just flipping what i have.

Under $200k is a scary place to be around here. The problem is, as long as there's a hint of proximity to the school they'll charge insane amounts for heaps...until someone razes it and builds something good on the land. Just seems like there hasn't been a lot of turnover on the old construction yet. Go 20-30min out from the campus and it's normal again... It isn't even possible here, hell that is less than my downpayment.
-
I suppose really that is a rooftop
-
lol, I am not looking at things in that budget range. Still scary though as it is a HUGE amount of money and who knows what will happen in the future here.
-
If we plan wrong and what we buy goes down 15% I could be out a year of income BEFORE taxes.
-
for SQ: front stage >>> subs and driver quality isn't the issue, install quality is
-
but it will decimate the savings
-
having a huge chunk to put down helps though
-
It is until you realize what the loan will do to your monthly take home.
-
The subside is class D and more efficient so you would expect that to happen, although it sounds to me like your battery is failing. You wouldn't perceive that problem with an Optima or even a stock battery in good condition.
-
Huh? Have you heard both, in each application? What alignments? What material was played, and how did you calculate those ratios? Especially with a "real" definition which really means different alignments. My guess is that poster has no idea at all.
-
will I not benefit from having quite a bit more cone surface, even though I am a bit shy on airspace? It may be the opposite actually. Install is everything and you are forgetting that completely.
-
but it has plenty o'room for everything else though
-
I just want to move so I will have a place for anything. The house we are looking at doesn't have any good IB locations, so I may be reduced to boxes
-
I am very curious as to this destruction you speak of. What and how do you "break" a surround.
-
That box won't be big enough period. You need a smaller sub or a bigger box.
-
Now comes the chore of playing my realtor to help him play the one that the owner of the house is working with. Trying to game plan that isn't trivial and can make a rather large difference in our buying power.
-
Couldn't really sleep last night thinking about it.
-
Really liked the house, now we need to get them to accept an offer that I can stomach as well
-
Oh my, the fun questions continue.
